Kiki's Chicken Place NORTHGATE — Restaurant in Sacramento

I will keep coming back...I usually call ahead or order online but this time I downloaded the app and realized after my order hadn't shown up that it was for pickup. I called and the owner (who happened to answer the phone) understood that I had made a mistake and after I asked him if I could place the same order, he not only offered to have it delivered to me but he brought it himself. And after I tried to offer him a big tip just for bringing it he insisted that it was unnecessary and just hopes that I will keep ordering from there which I will. I love the service there whether I go there to get food or have it ordered. Customer for life.... Thank you... I am adding a follow-up to my review that when it showed up my wings were crispy my fries were perfect and my soda was fresh, they didn't have to do that because I messed up my order but...

The customer service by kiki’s chicken place was outright rude. When calling about a quick order the customer service that was provided was hostile and disrespectful. I was rushed and felt that the place would be busy, but when I got there under 5 mins at 5:31pm there was only two people waiting for their order as well. I waited for an extended time off 15 mins and then received my food at 5.48pm. I know theres a code line you have to follow but the approach of the server was just disrespectful. I only got one of the ladies name who was tamie and the other refused. I then spoke to Carol about the situation, which she apologize for the incident and was overall polite. I hope kiki’s reputation does not represent the service that was provided on 10/24/23. The food is always on point and a big shout out to the chefs at Northgate...

2022 update: They have significantly increased their prices in less than a year. Like $6 increase on my usual order. I can’t justify continuing to come here with the price increase. Was still good though. There a raising canes in Dixon now so back to my old faithful tender spot now that California has some locations.

2021 review: I love their tenders and wings!

I drive 45 minutes each way and it is worth it. I am Addicted to Chicken tenders. I grew up In the south. When I moved to California I did not know they don’t have Zaxby’s or Raising Canes in the Bay Area. This place has definitely helped me get my tender fix. They try hard to get every order correct and go above and beyond. They forgot a tender in my order. I called from the parking lot and told them, they brought it out to my car. That’s some good...
