Their customer service is terrible; considering that we were their only customers for a good hour or so before others started trickling in. We got no glass of water, no refills on our hot tea. I ask for hot coffee and the guy told me it take a bit since it’s going to slowly drip. One hour later, and still no hot coffee. Tonight was the final straw. I had family visiting from Seattle—10 of them—and we had planned to meet there. It would’ve been a fun night with great food.
But they just lost a big opportunity and a group of loyal customers. I’ll never go back. This place used to be my go-to hangout spot,...
