McDonald's — Restaurant in Sacramento

Well that does it, its TIME to say something.

All the cleanliness and decent customer service in the world is NEVER EVER GOING TO MAKE UP FOR VALUE. That bears repeating:

All the nice-ness of employees and all the clean floors are NEVER GOING TO MAKE UP FOR V A L U E!

You are WASTING those HARD EARNED DOLLARS PEOPLE. AND yes, of course, that may be none of MY business, but maybe you are not informed.

Their $2 coffee drinks are served in Small Cups and theyre NEVER filled. NEVER FILLED TO THE TOP LIKE A L L THEIR OTHER DRINKS WHY IS THAT? Even their Regular watered down coffee is to the top. Perhaps because theyre making up for only charging $2.00. The Vanilla Cappucino- has NO flavor, tastes like scalded, watered down non-fat milk. The Pumpkin is horrible, WHERES THE PUMPKIN? KNOWING these are ALL artificially flavored, WE ALL KNOW THAT, BUT even for $2 they are JUST NOT worth it. WHY CANT YOU FILL THE CUP UP? Is the Extra Room for Whipped Cream? Nope, because I am NEVER ASKED if I want ANY. SO WHY THE EXTRA SPACE? ITS A WASTE OF PAPER PRODUCT EVEN! FILL IT UP, OR GET AN EVEN SMALLER CUP! PERHAPS USE THIMBLES.

I've tried several of these SAC AREA McDonalds searching for a McDonalds that gives you what you feel youre paying for, you know, WHAT THEY ADVERTISE FOR-- and theyre ALWAYS ONLY filled 2/3rds OR LESS FULL. Theres plenty of room for more product! What the? Okay, lets talk theyre latest "KEEPING UP WITH ALL THE JONE'S.... CARLS JR., JACK IN THE BOX, AND BURGER KING (Wendys has always been in their own league. And to be fair- Carl's Jr.)

However with McDonalds--All these Specialty Burgers for $7, 8, 9? Are you kidding me? Theyre such FALSE ADVERTISING, they ought to be fined Severely for this ...or arrested. Lying to the public is not nice at best! ISNT THIS ILLEGAL TO A DEGREE?

Because the CHIX SANDWICHES & BURGERS NEVER look like the picture and condiments are extra. Why should lettuce & tomato be extra? On burgers thats always been a Standard, or its not a Hamurger! AND Why is cheese extra on a cheeseburger? Are they confused? If I want cheese on my hamburger isnt that a cheeseburger? Wouldnt I of ordered a cheeseburger THEN? ---

But to charge me for cheese on my cheeseburger.... makes one want to yell, "Police!" Some sort of crime has been committed here -EVERYTHING ONCE Standard is NOW CHARGED EXTRA FOR. Okay, that has only happened twice but once was over the top, & NO I didnt ask for Extra cheese.

Remember the $1 side salad? Its $1.69 plus tax, --(higher at other locales)-- & 1/2 the size! Croutons? THEYRE EXTRA!

Here, THE PARFAIT & HOT FUDGE SUNDAES ARE LESS THAN HALF THE SIZE- THEY ARE BABY SIZE ACTUALLY, IN FACT, A BABY COULD EAT TWO OF THESE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The BigMac is HALF THE SIZE but TWICE THE PRICE! I REALLY miss the Original BIGMAC. Remember the Jingle ""TWO ALL BEEF PATTIES...." Nothing is the Same. This is So SAD. Break out your checkbook however.

And YOU MUST KNOW THIS, THE ONLY REAL EGG USED IS IN THE BREAKFASTS IS THE "EGG IN A HOLE" TYPE BREAKFAST SANDWICH WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE YOLK, ALL THE OTHERS ARE FREEZE DRIED, and FROZEN- THEN THAWED- LIQUID EGG BEATERS TYPE PRODUCT, I ASKED THE MANAGER because my Croissant tasted like cardboard, the Egg was PITHY.

McDonalds GOT GREEDIER and THEIR FOOD SHRUNK & GOT WORSE! Its true, nobodys willing to say it. Go somewhere else or to the grocery store for real food.

ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR FAST FOOD TO BE FRESH WHEN HERE, or youll get what they made an abundant supply of, thats just sitting UNDER THE HEAT LAMP, READY FOR THE NEXT RUSH.

Wheres the Buttery, Crisp, Steamy French Fries McDonalds USED TO HAVE? GONE. Plz Remember Food doesnt MAKE YOU FAT, FAT MAKES YOU FAT.

BEFORE YOU PAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A BUNCH OF ALREADY RICH SHARE-HOLDERS TO SLOWLY KILL YOU W/THE FAT CONTENT IN THEIR EVEN 1/2 SIZED FOOD PORTIONS.... REMEMBER, THERES ALWAYS CHOICES!!

I know theres Folks out there who feel the Same About this & other McDonalds, but arent willing to take the time to Disclose it. Not coming...

Not a bad location. The fries are usually hot and I haven't had many issues with order errors in the drive-thru. The drive-thru line can get pretty long late at night though. And of course there's always going to be the car full of people who have been in the line for 10-15 min and during that whole time didn't think about what they would like to order until it's their turn at the mic. So you sit in your car behind them while the line of cars in front of them keeps moving. I despise people like this! Totally oblivious to how inconsiderate they are being. I think these people are the same people that will cut you off in traffic and drive 20 mph with 3 car lengths in front of them up to a green light and as soon as it turns yellow speed up to get through it with just enough space left for you to be unable to make it before the red light. So, I hope that these people all order sausage Mcmuffins and they bite into one of those gristle pieces that are like little rocks that you occasionally find in McDonald's sausage. And I hope they chip a freaking tooth! Ok. Rant over! Lol. Oh yeah, the review! So basically this location is good, as far as McDonald's goes. Generally friendly staff and like I said before hot fries, which is a major factor for me. As long as you aren't stuck behind the aforementioned car of lames in the drive-thru your experience here...

Been meaning to review this place but always forget. There are numerous Mc Donald's restaurants within a 2 mile radius of here. All with the same food, prices, etc. As with nearly every fast food experience, the food never really meets your expectations for fresh, or appearance, and while the food solves the hunger, you never really are satisfied. I feel most people can relate to that statement. What sets this particular location apart from the rest isn't their speed or amazing quality of the product, its the customer service, and its actually 1 individual that stands out from the rest. I believe her name is Isabel. This young lady is consistently pleasant, helpful, efficient, and friendly. I hate that its taken me this long to give the recognition that she has earned. I rated the food at 3 because I've never hated my order from here. Just have yet to have a "wow" moment with the taste, presentation, or freshness of my meal. The atmosphere really isn't controllable by the business so its not fair to blame them for the surroundings. I think a 3 is fair because one can tell an effort to keep the restaurant and its parking lot clean is being made. The location and the activity around it makes one not want to stay around. Overall, always a good experience here with the customer service and will definitely repeat. Thank you again to Isabel for going...
