Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Sacramento

Hello I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years. This past Saturday I got to location five minutes before opening so I waited by the door . The employee CARMEN seen that there was customers waiting by the door so she walked over to the other door and unlock that one first then she came over to the door that we were waiting at and she unlocked that one. She walked away which was fine she had to prepare for customers. But once we entered the store she did not speak to us say good morning welcome to Baskin-Robbins nothing. I asked her for some of the smoothie mix which she wasn’t for sure if she could sell me that separately so she asked had to ask her manager. That was fine but she seem like that irritated her. She made my smoothie and tossed my cup on the counter still not saying two words to me. By this time other customers picked up her attitude. So when I asked her name she said she legally did not have to give her name she did not have a name badge as well . Even law-enforcement wears their name badge so I don’t understand why she thought that wasn’t important not to wear her name badge. Upon me complaining she lied to her manager Tori and said that I was rude to her when no way I was rude to her it was the other way around if this is the way they treat their customers I will never return to this location . TORY the manager was worse and no need to complain about her employees service. She doesn’t care. Thumbs down won’t be going back to this location and it’s not the cleanest inside.

Add on: Tory made it very clear there is no cameras recording inside the store so it’s your word against the employee and the customer comes in at their own risk. That’s what the manager Tory...

I ordered a burgundy cake for my mothers birthday. The day came to pick up the cake and the cake was brown. A Brown ugly cake. The lady that was there that day said brown is the new burgundy.. I was so confused and angry. To resolve my issue these were my options: $3.00 off the brown cake lol or a free Quart of ice cream lol or I can come back in 24 hours to get another cake, even though my party is currently going on. I left with no cake .. Very unprofessional and customer service sucks.. Also the cashier called manager and manager was not willing to help me out either .. I will never order a cake from...

favorite ice cream cake at the last minute before they

closed I found exactly what I was looking for and he

was happy for the cake everything went perfectly to plan somehow

And everyone inside the Baskin Robbins always has an enthusiastic attitude to customers walking in
