Quickly — Restaurant in Sacramento

First time visit, thinking I could get a quick lunch as their name implies but ended up waiting around 30mins for my order to go. Better to call ahead rather than walking in.

I got Chicken Teriyaki plate and Takoyaki. Too much rice to meat ratio. They should just offer a bowl rather than a plate. Not a big fan of the sauce either, too much soy sauce and pepper perhaps. Does not taste like any teriyaki sauce I've had before.

As for the Takoyaki, it's missing the usual Bonito flakes, ground seaweed, and Japanese mayo. I think they also use their teriyaki sauce instead of takoyaki sauce. Each takoyaki has a tiny piece of tako, and one out of six just had the batter.

Came here for the grand opening. I waited 40 minutes for my drink . I got a mango boba slushy which was pretty good . It was also buy one get one free but the wait time was just absolutely ridiculous. I can understand that they just opened and everything but it was just ridiculous. There was 2 young men working who were very nice but you could tell they had zero experience at all . I noticed they were doing other things instead of getting the drinks out ASAP. I waited outside just for them 15 minutes prior to them being open, they never turned on the open sign or came out, somebody else had to walk in and try and open the door for them to even realize it, then when we get in there the lady in the front said that it would be 20 minutes before they would have boba ready!!! when I asked why she states that everyone was scheduled at 11 so there was non made?? this is terrible customer service they already open late as it is so there's nobody there to do open procedures ? she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience at all .never...
