This place has the WORST service and cleanliness I've ever experienced. I went inside about 330pm on a Saturday. Drive thru was long. I walked in the staff was conversing about "shittty" customers. The back line was full of garbage food etc. There were 6 employees standing around and 4 cars in drive thru. I had to say " YO!" for someone to acknowledge me. I ordered 2 hard shell tacos with hot sauce. I received my order after they were done complaining and blatantly ignoring myself and 2 other customers. One guy was ordering food for himself. I again asked for hot sauce he gave me mild never spoke to me once. I had to tap my car keys on the counter for him to look up and see me. He never spoke. Asked for hot sauce he gave me 2 handfuls. I said thank you he never spoke. Please Corporate if you are reading this PLEASE retrain your employees, these fellas fell very short and honestly if something doesn't change I will esculate... Service is service and as a respectful customer they need ALOT OF HELP.... 6 WORKERS. 8 customers..No reason customer service cleanliness and human decency should have been an issue.. Thank you!
Instead of a solution you say, "We do not appreciate you attacking your employees" this is HONEST FEEDBACK and you should address it appropriately. Do not thank me for my purchase as I never complained about my food. Your store was disgusting, your employees were disengaged and COMPLETELY unattentive to LIVE HUMAN BEINGS standing in front of them. Now I could go further and it didn't seem like a shortage as I stated before your restaurant had more employees than customers.
This clearly needs to escalate. Personally each and every single one of them should learn how to AT LEAST SAY, "HELLO, WELCOME IN" AND IF you feel like that was an attack then clearly this needs to go further. There is no shortage. How about demand a higher standard in your store than giving an excuse as to why YOUR employees feel complaining about their job tops greeting and taking care of people keeping you in...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews for fast food places but I had to to for this one. I’ve tried this Taco Bell three times before I probably thought I had a bad experience and it would be better next time but nope. I tried it for lunch one day using their app. I like using the app because I get to pick what I want on the items. I ordered two burritos and two crunchy tacos. When I open my bag all I had was one taco and one Chalupa. They had gave me someone else’s order. Another time I ordered lunch but I decided to dine in. I ordered two bean burritos with no onion. When I receive my food I took a bite and both of the burritos had onion. I previously had it yesterday for breakfast. I ended up placing a mobile order. On that I asked for eight fire sauces. With my order I also had an iced coffee. I get to the drive-through window and said My name and that I had mobile order. He tells me to drive to the window. He gives me my bag and the ice coffee. The ice coffee was warm! Apart from that there was no ice. Isn’t it called an iced coffee for a reason? I kindly asked him for a cup of ice because my ice coffee was warm and had no ice. The gentleman immediately made a face at me and then gave me my eyes and said nothing. Once I open up my bag they gave me no napkins and no sauce when I clearly asked for sauce. I’d rather drive to the one on Northgate. They have amazing customer service and their food always Taste...
Read moreTaco Bell, the midnight star, Your neon glow calls from afar. We drive through lanes where cravings meet, For shells and spice, a guilty treat.
Yet something’s changed, the whispers grow, A tale of prices climbing slow. What once was cheap, a late-night score, Now costs us nearly twice—or more.
The gordita’s hug, once warm and wide, Feels thinner now, no place to hide. The soft bread shell still wraps with grace, But leaves a hollow, empty space.
The tacos, too, with their shredded crown, Of lettuce, cheese, and sauce dripped down, Seem slimmer now, like a fading dream, A shadow of what they once did seem.
We remember days, not long ago, When a handful of change made flavor flow. When a dollar stretched and left us full, Now the same feels tight, the bag less full.
Oh Taco Bell, your taste still sings, The beef, the crunch, those seasoned things. But loyalty strains when portions fall, When the value fades, we hear the call.
Still we return, though our hearts debate, We crave that spice we love to hate. But we long for times when the shells were packed, And value, not just flavor, stacked.
So here’s our verse, a hungry plea, Bring back the fullness we used to see. For your tacos and gorditas, once so grand, Deserve the praise...
