Natomas Rose Garden — Attraction in Sacramento

Very pretty, and I can personally attest that it is very well taken care of. Haven't been there myself when the roses are blooming, but apparently they are organized loosely by color, with white roses climbing the white trellis to serve as a good wedding backdrop. There's a veteran's-memorial-type section with roses named things like "honor", "purple heart", and "4th of July", which is a neat touch. Most of the roses are also labeled, for the curious. A beautiful spot with benches and plenty of rows of Rose's to smell and take pictures of.

Done each year by local volunteers they put the time and effort to make this garden bountiful and beautiful.

With Rose's almost year round in bloom except winter time you have plenty of time to see them.

Beautiful, serene, and well kept rose garden nestled in a residential neighborhood near the Sacramento River. There is a play ground, community center, and library onsite.
