Burger King — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

Horrible service and quality of food is zero, I will explain in details why they deserve a zero star , recent experience the service and quality of this franchised lication is completely down , I expect better standard from this Burger king location , bathroom is dirty , soap not there in the dispensor just a few glitches does not hide from my eyes I am a foodservice manager for more than 20 years and a safe serve certified I guess they lack pretty much alot of things in terms of quality and hygiene guidelines cant finish saying service is super slow get your order ten minutes late then why go to a fast food seems so slow makes a complete joke and mockery out of fast food concept .Finally coming to food quality this location should be reported to the corporate and department of health , coz if food is not properly served then it could be a potential biological hazard my wife ordered crispy fried chicken I get a peice of dehydrated rubber my wife took a bite and told me too hard please taste the sandwich I put a bite and threw it right away it was a take out order ate exactly after 15 minutes get a peice of junk to eat I doubt if FIFO rule is followed and the chicken patty must be months old I hope my point reaches to general public as I concern for my self I am concerned for others , my advice to franchisor and franchisee knock knock wake up and smell the cofee horrible experience of lifetime please fix your standards and please dont play with peoples money people spend some money and heath at a fast food to expect the bare minimum .What a...

This Burger King, located on Market St, Elmwd Pk was very clean. Not many people were there, so the food came quickly. (Dined in.) Employees were very nice & courteous. They had the fountain machines there instead of those electronic machines that I can't figure how to work. None of the condiments, napkins, straws, plasticware, lids were available. Had to go to the counter several times to ask for napkins, straws, ketchup, a plastic knife. (They still were not busy by the counter, but if they were, this would read differently.) These few items, (ketchup for fries, napkins, straws,) should be placed on the tray as an automatic serving procedure, correct? Also, we got the $10 special of double cheeseburger & chicken sandwich. You know those toys for toddlers where you have to push the ojects into holes cut out from the same shape? Maybe they need to add this on their application as a test to be able to work here.
