First off , let me start by saying I am giving this place a 0 star on customer service and food . I am giving a one star because it does not allow me to go lower.
My office had a meeting scheduled today and we decided to get Peri Peri since we seen great reviews . We placed an $200 order around 11am and scheduled it to be picked up around 12:05pm .
The rep attending the meeting arrived at the restaurant around 11:55am to pick up order that was already payed for online ( confirmed ) however when arrived all the lights were off and door closed and locked. He called several times while waiting outside and no answer . He knocked on the door and waited for over 25 mins after deciding to leave.
Received a voicemail from the owner at exactly 1:38pm stating that my order has been waiting to be picked up . I immediately called back the restaurant and made the owner aware that we were outside and the store was closed. The owner proceeded with explaining that the store breaker was having issues which is why door were closed. And that they were having issues with phones .
Listen I completely understand that things happens but that way that this was handled was completely unacceptable . After speaking with the owner and explain my frustration on how we had to get last minute food for my entire staff and doctors , she proceeded with just apologizing. After questioning my refund she proceeded with stating if we had someone to pick up the food for free since the food was already made and didn't want it to go to waste . In the middle of seeing patients I went to go pick up the food that she stated was already ready for at least an hour . Arrived at the store and was told by the owner that she was really sorry for everything . And was handed 1 small cold bag with 2 orders of wings and a order of fries for a 15 people practice . Stated " this is not all the food but these are at least samples " . At this point we are never ordering from here again , and will...

Soft Opening was Father’s Day, and my family made a reservation for 14 and ended up having to wait 40 minutes after our reservation time. That is fine, we understand things happen.
The AC was not working , nor was the soda machine but they fixed the drink issue. However , the gentleman who was working the floor was quite short and abrupt when we asked him about the AC. Food came out QUITE a while later , half the sides were missing , and the quantities were small.
What did come out was ASTOUNDING! Uber tasty , fresh, and the sauces were to die for.
I’d give this trip a 2/5
Second trip was much better, most likely cause I went during lunch and it was really quiet . AC started working while we were there , the repairmen were eating behind us. Food came out sooner , service , from the girl in the video someone uploaded here was very courteous, on point and made sure our order was perfect. The meat was a little pink and she fixed it ASAP.
The owner was there and also making sure everything went well.
What was interesting was that although we ordered the same thing as last time , our sides (corn on cob) were less the first trip.
Again, the food was out of this world. The lemon and herb corn on the cob- it’s some of the best I’ve ever had.
Chicken always in point , all other sides were wonderful.
This trip was a 5/5
Today (3rd trip in 6 days) we went and their gas line leaked so they were closed!
I think once they open officially (15th of July?) , they will be a force to be reckoned with. Totally changed the chicken game, and is better than Nandos any day.
Best part is Lubna is involved in it al.
My wife and I are thinking about making another trip tonight !

Read moreI was a regular at this restaurant and overall had good experience. The food is really good, well seasoned and an excellent healthy halal option.
However, I left VERY disappointed after my last visit. I ordered a full dark meat chicken. The chicken leg pieces were very literally burnt, the top was completely black and it was spoiling the taste of the chicken. It almost seemed like they they had re-grilled old chicken because the chicken was not fresh. I informed the lady at the front desk and her response was "well, you should have said - "not well done" when you ordered". I was shocked! I mean I am ordering CHICKEN, not STEAK!! She kept arguing and did not offer to replace the order.
The other lady working there later came and told me, I can replace your chicken. And I was relieved. But guess what, she took the chicken back, they removed the burnt skin and sent the same chicken back to us!!!
I really expect an improvement in customer service. This is unacceptable. I may give it another shot but I was left very disappointed. I hope the owner takes notice of the unprofessional attitude and ensures that the quality is maintained.
Update: October 26 2019: visited the restaurant with my family and it has turned into a complete mess. No wonder it was half empty. They completely messed up my order. Cold fries, wrong chicken, gave me bbq sauce in chicken sandwich while I specifically said chicken sandwich, not sizler. When I informed the lady at the counter about the mess, her response was “OK”. No apology, nothing at all.
Basically the restaurant customer service and food has become a joke. I am not coming...
