Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saddle Brook

This used to be my go to Dunkin’ on the way to work in the mornings but lately things have changed in a very negative way. I come from the highway when coming to this establishment so it is hard for me to order ahead while driving but there was an instance about 3 weeks ago where the lady in the window yelled at me that I am causing “problems for everyone” when ordering so close to my pick up time. I understood this and tried to correct the problem to avoid any further conflict… with this being said, the lady in the window continued to make comments the following days rudely saying “Today was better timing” or things along those lines. This rubbed me the wrong way and made me feel so embarrassed. Despite this I continued to go to this Dunkin’ even though they were missing items from my order or not giving me cold foam or caramel (the way I ordered my latte). This morning though, I came through the drive thru after ordering at least 10 minutes prior and was met with blatant rudeness. The lady in the window might as well have just thrown my food into my car with the way she handed me my order. It makes me extremely upset to be put down by the employees of this establishment and I truly wish it wasn’t this way as I have been coming here nearly everyday for almost 2 years now. I want to start by saying this use to be my go to location and were very friendly with the staff over the last couple of years. However the experience I had last week needs to be mentioned. I requested a ice coffee black with no ice. I received my bill and felt it was too high and I requested a receipt. Upon reviewing I was charged for one munchkin which is .35 cents and this was done because I requested no ice in my coffee. When I parked to go inside to complain and request a refund the manager or assistant manager at the location became rude and told me would not issue me a refund and I should not expect something for free. Mind you if they would have told upfront they charge additional for no ice I would have not continued with my order. Lying and deceptive business practices as well as being out right rude. They...

This place is the absolute worse I go to dunkin almost everyday and everytime I go to this one they 98% of the time do a horrible job. The coffees always taste wrong, there is always missing stuff. I live like 2 blocks away but now I drive an extra mile to avoid this place and I have Givin it many tries throughout the years but seems like this is the only chain that cannot get a competent manager or employees that know how to work. Today they had me waiting for about 10 minutes at the drive through window just for hashbrowns and when they finally got it for me I asked for napkins they gave me ketchup then when I said no I need tissues or napkins they had me waiting for another 3 or 4 minutes cause they didn't have right there so I lost my patience and just left. I am completely done...
