Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

This establishment does the absolute bare minimum to function it seems. I have ordered from them about 10 times for some orders totaling around 40-50.... Just ordered a meal for 3 around $35... Well took a half hour to make, then almost another half hour to deliver. That is fine generally, I DO NOT CARE how long I have to wait, IF the food is FRESH and made RIGHT.... However, if they take that long, charge me so much and then don't make the order right, cut out some of the product, make me wait to eat it, charge me top dollar for the bare minimum and not care.. nothing changes and I am sick of wasting money on such a poorly run place... Never get another dime from me. There are better Jimmy John's around for sure but lately they all seem to have cut their QUALTIY down by about 50%...

Being 4 months pregnant, I was CRAVING Jimmy John's! I was finally able to order it for dinner tonight & I was stoked! They had forgotten the cucumbers on my veggie sub & unfortunately I was already home so I wasn't able to return it but a very friendly worker named Abby gave me a credit to replace it on my next order. But honestly, it wasn't even that in which made the experience pleasant; it was what they had written on my sandwich wrapper that made me giggle & made my heart smile. In the app, it asks who the sandwich is for & I wrote "for the baby in my belly" & when I opened my bag, written on my wrapper was "for sweet baby in Mama's belly" with a heart. The food is always good here. That is one thing that I can’t complain about. That being said, I ordered potato salad for the first time. Boy was I disappointed! For nearly $3 I barely got 3-4 spoonfuls. This is exactly how I took it out of the bag, and it was sealed. I picked this up myself, so it wasn’t like a dasher or someone ate it.

Then what made it bad from the start is I had a free sandwich. I kept trying to order on the app, but it kept telling me to add a payment card.
