Big Apple Bagels — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

For starters the hours dont match online. I got there thinking I had 1 hour until close (3p) when I really had 7 mins and 4 diff type of bagels to pick from (I wasnt the only customer either and as I sit here writing this 2 different people walked up to the door that the boy locked 3 mins early - they were VERY worried about closing and were very unpleasant, unlike the friendly morning staff) the girl who took my order and cut my bagel without gloves was then doing my cash transaction while my bagel was cooking and said “oh hold on, my fingers bleeding” 🤢 as she had to carefully drop my money in my hand “without” getting blood on it?! She THEN put gloves on and I was so freaking disgusted in the hygiene process I saw displayed (OR LACK OF) that I asked if she got blood on the bagel she was about to give me and she said no, I cut my hand yesterday and it opened up… I asked for a new bagel and said I’d rather be safe that is gross.. I was really liking this place until I had a lady bug 🐞 in my bagel sandwich. I called the store front to report it, I was told I was going to get call back from the manger the next day, to possibly make another sandwich and never received a call back, not even to acknowledge what happened. I’m never coming back and I don’t recommend this place at all. Before serving the public examine and pay attention to the food you all are pushing out. a sales meeting this is the only place I could find in the area. I was nervous when I placed the order they were not together. Three days later and five minutes before scheduled delivery I get a call asking where its going and how to get there! Then I call to confirm it did get there and I was told 30 mins after scheduled delivery plus they didn't know who it was going to! I gave them delivery name and address when ordered.
