Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Lead Manager is quite rude and missunderstanding. Went in for a interview and was told to come in on monday by another manager. Came in expecting to work, and was told to leave and that i was dressed poorly for an interview, when i was dressed to work.

Later then this year, i came in and the same manager had given me attitude for being there, expressing that he does not like me, and that he looks poorly upon me. Never going back there, or refering people there to get employed. I believe that as a higher employee, you should work hard at pertaining a positive attitude to someone who you look down upon, hired or not. Hiring employees is still working with customers. It is the same people. Rest of the staff was nice and welcoming. And the food is still delicious. But i can get the same quality of pizza at jets, for about the same price, and who has a nicer staff leader. Believe me, im talking to her about another interview, and when my starting date is.

All in all, it was a learning experience for me as well, that il need to double check on what i need to do, insted of thinking people will always tell me correct...

We've ordered food from this papa johns for 10+ years now as we live close and its always been good food and customer service. The last 2 times in a row we've ordered the delivery has taken a long time, and the food hasn't been great. The last time specifically is what prompted me to review. I call over the phone requested a delivery order. Placed the order, the guy on the phone asked if I wanted pick up or delivery. I tell him again delivery. He tells me 35-45 minutes and I pay with my card over the phone. An hour and twenty minutes later I call to see if they had the wrong address as the pizza still hadn't arrived. The female on the phone told me it was put in for a carry out. She was going to "make sure the food was still OK and send it out as soon as they can" another 20 minutes goes by and my food finally shows up. Dried out, cold, and the breadsticks are getting hard already. Then instead of anyone apologizing for the mistake the delivery driver hands me the boxes never says anything and immediately turns around and walks away. Bad food, bad service,...

I ordered around 11:15 am at 11:59 the pizza was out for delivery it is currently 12:42 and my food still isn't here. Called at 12:25 to be told it was on it's way business is within 10 minutes of the delivery location. Was told they pushed the order through via the tracker to avoid trouble with time expectations from corporate. I attempted to be understanding. Did not receive my food until 12:53pm was asked for the first time for the card and identification on the order got lukewarm clearly older pizza when the ETA for the whole order was...
