I give the employees a lot of props because they put up with a lot. I was here almost a month ago and they were dealing with a huge line and wait times. They all kept their cool. I've worked customer service for over 10 years and some days are just worse than others. I saw people giving the employees a hard time and felt pretty bad. There was a guy who after what I assumed yelled at the employees ran out and almost hit my car and the car in front of me. I had to swerve just for him to miss me. I won't go into detail but he was extremely horrid and entitled so props to whoever worked that night you don't get paid enough to deal with people like that. So good employees not so good customers and this is coming from a customer. I am sick of watching people mistreat fast good workers. They're human beings with real feelings not machines. We are coming out of a pandemic in which it seems no one wants to work and yet they wonder why minimum wage employees can't keep up with demand and are short staffed. If you're reading this maybe try having some compassion because you're never too important to be kind. Everytime I come by I try to leave a good review through a link on my receipt and an employee has never given me a hard time when I am missing something. The food is always warm and tasty. No biggie but the manager didn't even try to ask my name was very quiet didn't seem to have a bit of interest in what my order was to correct all he said was, "you can come back up here just tell them Jaden said." I just sat there for 20 minutes in the drive thru and my gas running so I wasn't trying to run back to them for a mistake they made I just wanted him to take my name and what order that was messed up and pick up another time. My honest opinion you need a new manager he wasn't even trying to act like one , it was like I was just talking to some high ass idiot that didn't give two shits and I just wanted my order to fixed I'm not sure if word of mouth is a thing there or not but any other time I've ever called about something similar they always take a name an write down the order that needed replacing. Read more(11/10/20) Usually good. Today I ordered 2 Breakfast Steak Grande Burritos. For the 2nd time in 2-3 weeks I went home only to discover the Burritos are smaller than normal.
