First visit, about a month ago - location was out of roast beef and fish. Fine, supply chain shortages, I get it. Order something else - a roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich, I take it home, I go to take off the onions because I asked for no onions and smelled them on there and there is literally no meat on the sandwich. None. Sad lettuce, tomato, onion, and the bread was swimming in ranch. How do you forget the main component of a sandwich? Threw it in the trash because what the hell. I was willing to let one (expensive - for fast food) mistake go but, family went again just tonight. The employees working there completely forgot one of the meals we ordered, the roast chicken sandwich meal. We checked the bags and it looked like everything was in there, despite the cartons of fries being haphazardly thrown in there. We were mistaken, clearly. But, y'all should be double, triple checking that the order is correct and complete. This location is never busy, the parking lot is always empty, (starting to understand why!) but what I don't understand how stuff like this happens repeatedly. Staff doesn't give a care, I guess. This'll be my family's last time coming here. And you might as well save your canned copy paste response. This...
Read moreSo I frequently eat out and every time I stop by this particular Arby’s, I always have an issue with something. It’s usually because the get my order wrong or the service is horrible. Today I went inside to place my order at 4pm. Was not busy, maybe 2 people in the lobby. The mgr was sitting down talking to someone. So I waited in line for 3-4 minutes before someone came up and he just grabbed the online ticket and walked away without even saying hello. The mgr walked back to the kitchen and started to make an order without washing her hands and then yelled from the kitchen “someone will be right with you”. I heard her say to another associate, can you see what the guy behind him needs. So he walked up to the counter and asked the guy behind me what he needed. After I gave him a puzzled look, he then asked me if I needed help. I told him “Yes, but if you are just going to help other people that walked up behind me, then I will take my business elsewhere!” The service here is HORRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS ARBYS TO ANYONE! I went back inside to try and speak with the mgr but she...
Read moreOne of the first places we decided to eat since the first day of lockdown and not only was I surprised of the food served I was greatly dissatisfied with how the employees were utilizing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The gentlemen at the kiosk was only wearing gloves no mask, the gentlemen with long hair in ponytail had no gloves, no mask, no apron, no hair net and was loading up bags with hot cakes and curlys. We are at 101,711 confirmed deaths in the U.S. with Texas having 60K infections. Try this spot at your own risk but be advised the cooks had no masks and look as though they are seniors in high school. I tried calling the location before posting but to no avail. Management, get an adult there with integrity to lead your crew. Make a difference and look after each other by protecting one another wearing PPE. Thank you for caring about my life as I care...
