Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw

I placed an online order, and I thought it was very nice of the store personnel to call to inform me they were out of one item I ordered. On the same visit, I ordered n paid for a dessert, but none were available. Very understandable also. However, I am very displeased with the treatment of a refund at this location. I was given the menu price of the dessert back in cash,$4.50. I have issue with when I requested tax on said item, I was told it was no difference, only like 5 cents. Well on nearly 5 dollar item, that's not true and I find it disgusting, disrespectful and condescending to make the customer feel as if they have no right to the full price paid. That "small amount" was charged with no argument, so why must I be made to feel as if its a hassle to ask for tax. I was not given it, It was not 5 cents and I feel bad that young personnel are on the registers swindling. This is how little bits are stolen from the customers to up profits and I am furious that the customer base in the area has to deal with this treatment. This was the first time I have ordered from here, wanting to try something new. The people were kind and fixed what was wrong but I don't think I will be going back to this location sadly. No one was wearing masks or gloves four delivery drives just running in and out no gloves only one had a mask, they told me it would be around 20 minutes for it the food to be done (ordered over the phone) I didn't even leave my house till 20 minutes later then got stuck behind a train for 10 minutes then I get there and am told it will be another 15 minutes they are finishing my food...ok I can wait then I go in 15 minutes and have to wait another 10 minutes because they are just finishing everything as I see my pizza sitting getting cold. They tried to make it up by giving me a free dessert and like I said they were sweet about it but by the time I got home the pizza was cold the tenders had melted the box they were in and just soaked in grease. I just wanted the food that I paid for. I ordered for delivery at 11:30 pm and they close at 1 am. I ordered a small salad, 8 piece wing and house blend fry. The delivery driver gets to my house very quickly and I give him the money plus tip but he forgot the salad, not a huge deal and he said he'll be back. So I take the food he did bring which was nothing but hush puppies that I didn't order. I call back and explain and then I'm put on hold for awhile and then told the driver will be back with everything. He gets here but he doesn't have the fry I ordered so I have to call back and explain and then I'm put on hold again. After another long hold on the phone, the guy tells me he can only give me a credit and he doesn't have a driver coming my way. They don't close for another 45 minutes and he tells me I can come get them if I want. I used to order from there all time and tip the drivers pretty good but I'm done giving that place any more...
