Stopped by Oracle Brewing last night as the reviews for this establishment were very positive, and I was incredibly impressed myself! I tried 7 of the 9 available beers, and all of them were unique and flavorful. I was particularly impressed by the balance of flavors in the C-Bear and the Synchro. The flight pours were incredibly generous, and the waitstaff was beyond friendly. Lindsey was really kind and a great host.
The establishment itself is very low-key, but super clean and welcoming. The music and atmosphere were such that it felt very relaxed and modern homely. The part of the city is also absolutely gorgeous and seemed like there were many places to eat and visit as well, if you have the time.
They do not serve food, but it was encouraged to bring food in.

Flights are individually priced 4 ounce samples and you can get as few or as many as you want. I tried the blonde ale, 2 sours, a Belgian and a cider. All were on point for the provided description but the only one that got just a average rating was the blonde ale.
Only snacks available for purchase but outside food can be brought in. Flat top and bar seating. Limited street parking. Wifi password upon request. Some gluten removed beers. Friendly staff. Somewhat noisy. Pricy for a flight.

Read moreSE MI Brewery Discovery Tour's latest stop is in Saginaw. It's my first time (be gentle). After picking up my lunch down the street, I headed down. At 12:45 pm, they are still closed. They're supposed to be open at noon. Well, crapola. So, I sat at an outdoor table two doors down. Afterward, on a whim, I walked back by and, low & behold, they were open. Huzzah! Turns out someone forgot to show up for their shift, so that's why they didn't open on-time. Popped inside, had most of a flight, 3 4oz pours, a great conversation with the beertender for an hour & a half before moseying down the road. No photos this time but it is a very cool place. Concrete counter, lots of tables, all low-tops, games & puzzles. The beer is good quality and...
