McDonald's — Restaurant in Sahuarita

Seems like the people working are half asleep everytime I go there. Or if it's late they are always in the middle of the system reboot or something. How many times is the reboot necessary? And ill add that it's not at the same time of day/hour that I am talking about when it's late. New, additional comments- The frappe machine is always "being cleaned". This is extremely frustrating for me because I order on the app and go to pick up and they tell me the machine is being cleaned. Well then I feel that somehow I should have been notified that before I drove all the way there to pick up my order and then it's not available. I mean if I put in the order on the app, then had to drive there and wait to go to drive thru, they should have either got the machine up and going or the app should notify me before I drive there. Also! Two times I used my free frappe coupon on the app and went to pick up and the machine was being cleaned. I was told there was no way to get some sort of raincheck because I used my free coupon to get it and now my coupon has been used and I didn't receive the item. The coupons are because of points I have accumulated not just a bonus so I did my part to get them. Anyway this morning I went and all the same issues came up as always so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to window and told me there was nothing they could do to accommodate me for my coupon. This is why I'm so frustrated because now I have lost out on 3 of the coupons I purchased with my points and not even the manager could figure out some way to help. If I could put zero stars I would. This location has been incompetent and inconsistent for as long as I have lived here. For 10 plus years this establishment has been a sorry excuse for a restaurant let alone a fast food chain as big as McDonald’s. Save your money and travel to Tucson or buy food elsewhere because I can almost guarantee one of a few things will happen with your experience here. Your customer service experience will be abysmal due to the fact hardly anyone on the staff cares (including management). They are in a people business, yet do everything they can to avoid interaction. Your order will be wrong/cold. I have eaten here countless times over the course of a 10+ year span and I have progressively gone to this specific location less and less due to the HORRENDOUS overall experience every time. You’re going to wait in a ridiculous 20+ minute line for absolutely no reason. There are staff chit chatting while customers wait to have their order taken or issue dealt with.
