I would recommend visiting to try when in the downtown Saint Charles location! My boyfriend & I enjoy their pizza as often as possible! Even though we live in Saint Charles; we definitely prefer the drive out to the University City location in all honesty. Even though it’s smaller we love the workers there & it feels like home in the little shop they have

Pros: -same great pizza recipe it seems & customer service was friendly! -complementary waters -fast service bringing out food Cons: -no parmesan provided on tables (helps soak up all the grease from the pizza) -the garlic bread didn’t taste like garlic bread at all more of a basic cheese bread. lacked flavor compared to the home location; was a little disappointing -initial appearance inside & overwhelming space is different compared to...

I LOVE pizza by the slice, so I'm biased here. LA/La (Is it L.A. or La (the article)?) Pizza is great. Good housemade pizza sold by the slice or pie. Tito was attentive and got me what I wanted quickly. I got slice combo with a house salad and can of soda for about $10. You get to choose your own topping for the slice and it comes out hot and bubbling. Great crust with a little cheese pull and light sauce. The salad is simple but tasty and larger than expected. Go check this place out. Get a slice of pizza... And don't forget to fold.

I do wish there was just a cheaper slice and go option of a few main pizzas in a warmer in order to get it super quickly and walk down main street while eating it, but that's just a desire and not at all anything negative about...

Disappointed with La Pizza St. Charles. We split the 18" meat lovers. The garlic bread was bland with a very thin layer of cheese on it. The meat lovers pizza was disappointing as well. The cheese and toppings would not stay on the pizza. We ended up having to eat the pizza with utensils! A big no-no if you are Italian! The pizza crust was like crunchy cardboard. The meat was the only thing that gave the pizza any flavor. For a $40 18" pizza, the price was definitely not worth it. There are better places for NY style...

First time here. We've been wanting to come for months and had high expectations. The main characteristic of a new york style pizza is that the slice is foldable. This was not. To be fair, I ordered a slice and not a pie. Way overbaked and dry. I couldn't bend this with the jaws of Life. No cheese to speak of and the sauce was virtually tasteless because it was so over dried. I got a salad which was fine and had packaged dressing. Counter service only. There was also an offensive odor when I first walked in.
