I had tried to submit a large lunch order online for my office using a $50 gift card and the remainder on credit card. Since I needed to split the payment up it wouldn't allow for me to submit my order through the website. I tried to call in the order earlier in the day to not mess with the lunch rush, but was told they didn't have the capabilities to take orders over the phone and that I would have to do it all instore. Once I arrived, the afternoon rush came in right behind me. Read moreI recently visited a Subway location and left disappointed with both the service and pricing. While the employee was polite, there was no effort to smile or create a welcoming atmosphere. What bothered me more was the lack of transparency in pricing—toppings and options were offered without clearly stating they cost extra.
I ordered two subs with chips and drinks, and the total came to over $44 for two people. That’s far more than what I expected based on average pricing, and I didn’t feel like I received enough value to justify the cost.

I asked for 4 pieces of turkey instead of 8 and I was told it came with only 4 pieces, so the management really needs to train their employees on what goes on a sandwich and the amount. Second in the middle of making the sandwich the employee began to ring the order on the register and didn’t change her gloves when I asked her to change her gloves she rolled her eyes at me.
