Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

We have been to this location twice in the past couple of months. The first time, our pizza was way over cooked. The 2nd time, we were way over charged. I gave my card to my son who did not pay attention to the total price ($77.27 for two pizzas, medium salad and cookie). I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager (Vern). He told me that the charge would be corrected within a few business days. I called back a few days later and was told by a different manager that the price was correct. I told them that that was wrong and that I was not happy. He told me, sorry, but that was the correct price and that I should have asked for a discount. Absolutely awful. It takes a great deal of audacity to charge $4.50 for delivery when the delivery drivers clearly cannot read and/or follow instructions. I specified contactless delivery - also noting that my doorbell not be rung and they were also not to knock on my door. Well guess what? The guy hammered on my front door, causing my dogs to react, and now I have two previously sleeping babies WIDE AWAKE. This is not to mention that the pizza I ordered looks like it has been incinerated by a dragon. I am an above average tipper, which is important to note because this is not the first time this has happened, so I did not include a gratuity with my online payment, and I’m so glad I made that choice, as the entire idea behind a gratuity is recognition for...

Just stopped in to pick up a couple of slices of pizza. I asked if they had fresh slices. The girl waiting on me said, “sure we do”. I ordered two slices. Another girl came and threw a box on the counter and said “here you go”; and walked away. I opened the box to find two dried up old pieces of cold pizza. I had to scream to get someone one to come back to the counter. A guy came up, I showed him the pizza, he didn’t say anything just looked at it. I then told him I wanted fresh slices. He harumpfed and took the box and went and said something to the girl who threw the box on the counter. He came back and said it would be 15 minutes for two fresh slices. I got a refund.
