I had a very bad experience and I will never go there again. I came in at 5pm on December 4th just to grab 1 sub. I wasn't greeted nor was I told it would be a wait. I'm there 5 minutes and the lady finally says if it's not an online order it's going to be a minute because we have online orders to complete first. So I ask what does a minute mean and she says awhile. She completed 5 online orders for people who wasn't there yet. Only one person was there before me for an online order. I don't understand why I was told to wait for the online orders to be completed when I was there in person. That's bad customer service. She was extremely rude.
