Subway — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

I had a very bad experience and I will never go there again. I came in at 5pm on December 4th just to grab 1 sub. I wasn't greeted nor was I told it would be a wait. I'm there 5 minutes and the lady finally says if it's not an online order it's going to be a minute because we have online orders to complete first. So I ask what does a minute mean and she says awhile. She completed 5 online orders for people who wasn't there yet. Only one person was there before me for an online order. I don't understand why I was told to wait for the online orders to be completed when I was there in person. That's bad customer service. She was extremely rude. It was 2 of them and she made the young guy help her fix orders. She never gave me eye contact nor did she apologize or even say have a good day. I waited 20 minutes and my food...

the person making my sub was touching handles and then making my food. absolutely ridiculous came in and got a sub that cost $17 but it’s all cross contaminated from the worker putting his dirty gloves all on stuff then touching my food. should be sued for all the cross contamination going on. THE ABSURD, INSULTING PRICE HIKE the ridiculously GREEDY OWNER has destroyed this place with has PERMANENTLY taken it off my list. I had my normal 6 inch tuna deluxe (1 extra scoop) today with ONE bag of chips and ONE regular pop and my total came to TWELVE DOLLARS & TWENTY FIVE CENTS. I can get a sit down meal at a REAL restaraunt for that price and that’s where I’ll be going from now on. All the Subways have hiked their prices in the past 3-6 months and they’re ALL OFF MY LIST, too. Absolute shame ‘cause I love their sandwiches and still do but...
