I had the pleasure of dining at this Hidden Gem Italian staple back in my hometown neighborhood this afternoon for my birthday today. I've been coming to Paisano's for the past 20 years now, and I have to say the sauce is what puts this place on the map.
Not to mention the beyond amazing chicken parm dinner and sub that I manage to get nearly every time that I visit this all-time favorite Italian restaurant.
Now don't take me wrong I'm a fan of the freshly made Italian food straight out the oven that you get whenever you order from Paisano's but the leftovers I always seem to take home tastes just as good if not better the next day as well.
Believe me when I tell you that I've tried numerous chicken parms at multiple Italian resturants and diners over the years just to see if I could find a just as good if not better chicken parm better than Paisano's. Without a question, Paisano's easily takes 1st place!!!
The staff is always friendly and willing to make your dining experience as enjoyable as possible. They constantly go above and beyond not only for me but for all their customers. I've seen it countless times with other customers that frequent the restaurant, whether dining in or getting take out.
I don't plan to stop coming here anytime soon as the restaurant has only gotten better with the years. Paisano's still stays true to its authentic Italian recipes and closely knit family oriented values in the many, many, many years, it's been open.
So here's to another 20 years of fine dining experiences (and chicken parms) at Paisano's. I wish you all the much deserved wealth and prosperity...
Read moreWent to Paisano's yesterday 6/28/19 at around 6:00 for dinner. The restaurant was more crowded than usual. The four of us walked in and there was another couple standing there waiting already. Someone yelled very loudly "YOU GOT SIX IN THE LOBBY NOW" a younger girl came out and also yelled "Well we are not using the party room so tell them that they will have to wait" or something along those lines. Then another girl yelled from near the kitchen "Well those two were here first so make sure that they get a seat first" at that point I said "well we didn't come here to get yelled at" and we turned around and I told my family that we were leaving the girl yells out "OH I GUESS THEIR LEAVING". We have been going to Paisano's for 20 years and I have never seen anything like this! Is it reasonable to yell at customers? We didn't mind waiting, no one was complaining we had just walked in! If you can't handle a family of four walking in to your establishment then you really do not need to be working at a restaurant! I know that none of these employees could have possibly been the manager! and if so then that explains everything! We try to support local businesses because we love our community but this...
Read moreI wanted to try someplace new. I'm sorry it was this place. I ordered online. When I arrived, the girl who "greeted" me seemed puzzled about an online order. She asked what I ordered and went in the back to talk to one the guys in the kitchen. The guy "cooking" my order was leaned over the counter sucking on a sucker. The girl asked how long it would be and he said about 4-minutes. She came back to give me the update and she proceeded to do her thing. She stood right there on her phone texting, then was on a video chat with someone. Someone else walked in and she and another worker were so weird about who was going to HAVE TO take the guys pizza order. I felt embarrassed just watching it all. I was then punished by having to listen about another worker left her to do all of the clean up. With all that said, the isle to the right when you walk in (leading to the kitchen) was gross. With no other customers being in there, you'd think there was time to keep up on that. On top of it all, the food was just as bad as the atmosphere. The lasagna tasted like it was frozen, and my family and I laughed at the garlic bread as we seriously debated if it was a piece of a hot dog bun....
