I normally come in here and have very good service but I last night on Tuesday January 7th I ordered a small beef lo mein and paid for it but there was someone named with my dog and what under the popping was instead of giving me the beef lo mein they gave me a small fried rice instead I called them today to let them know and they hung up on me how do you give business to someone and then hang up on the person when they made a mistake on the order when I've never complained about their service or food in the past but they turned around and they instead hung up on me why do you hang up on your customers who gives you business and is in several times a week that's just not very professional what you could have done was apologize cuz I'm a regular customer and we spend a lot of money on your business and could have maybe done something to offer it right next time maybe you know something a free soup or something but I've always had been coming to this place for many many years and for to get hung up on after saying that the order was wrong and wanted to see to acknowledge it instead of just hanging up is very unprofessional very unprofessional and unless they decide to rectify this I'm thinking of taking my business up there because that was not very nice to do especially when I've been coming to this establishment for many many years and placed very large orders so I'd be where because it doesn't seem like they really care about their customers you don't hang up on a...
Read moreupdate 2021: bored, waiting on an order and saw some recent 1 star reviews. Wanted to mention, this place must have a few different (main) chefs because every once in a while the food is just ok, never horrible like some ppl claim to have to throw most away... seems a stretch to me... I pretty much always get the G.Tsos though, with the occasional bourbon chicken so take that for what it's worth... I always ask for light sauce also bc I don't like my stuff swimming in it(which like 99% Chinese takeout places tend to do with GT) and 9/10 times it's great. the few times it's just ok really must be a different cook bc it's noticeably different... still not terrible but just average. My wife says the same about their Mei fun, generally really good, once in a while more bland.
orig: Best Chinese takeout in the area. Foods always good, only had an order slightly wrong once out of countless times (ordered honey chicken and got sweet and sour) when it was super busy
Lisa Morales review mentions a buffet, but I think she posted about the wrong place. This is pretty much takeout only, although there are about 4 small tables to eat inside...
Read moreThe prices differ from when ordering directly from restaurant vs GrubHub. Typically the delivery apps cost more but in this case it actually was more expensive ordering from restaurant directly. When I called I noticed the order had gone up by $12 (that's including fees/tip from delivery app so more like $20+). Crazy. When I asked the employee taking my order why it differed so greatly she said they had recently changed their prices and havn't updated them on delivery apps. The food was alright but not worth the new prices. The noodles were insanely greasy and so was the hot and sour soup. The spring rolls were inedible, and my husband was only able to eat half the eggroll because they were just dripping with grease and soggy (that says a lot since he could live...
