Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Update: I decided to give this location another chance, ordered my regular and mentioned just to make sure the extras were added. This location understood my concern, made my usual to perfection, and made good on past instances where I got a little shorted. Lloyd at the drive through had excellent communication and customer service skills and was extremely professional, and worked with the manager to get me going back faithfully to this location. I've updated my review to 5 stars. I do plan to go back during the day to get my usual but hopefully the portions will still be correct. Night crew as usual knocks it out of the park. Appreciate you all. The lady of the house is on a diet and I need my escape.

---- Original Review ---- This place treats me right in the evenings. The people are friendly in the drive through, my custom orders are prepared properly. I'm happy when I go after 5pm usually. I have very specific order and I get extras for a lot of ingredients on my favorite item, usually about 4 dollars in upgrades and the night staff usually puts that extra bit in my burritos. The day staff however are the cheapest, stingiest, most RELIABLY unreliable crew of workers I've encountered. Same order, made thru the app, but my 10 dollar burrito might as well be made with less ingredients than a "normal" burrito made by the night shift. All I can say is, if you value your hard earned money and don't want to reliably be ripped off, only go at night. The day crew has no chill and purposefully skimpy on proportions.

Night crew is THE BEST hands down and they're pushing out the best steak burritos from any taco bell in the area. That cook deserves a raise. The drive thru attendants are always so kind in the evening/at night and professional. The burritos are stuffed like how I paid for them to be. Whoever is forcing the day cook to skimp on ingredients (I very much believe the day manager is forcing the cook to be skimpy, why would an underpaid person making 13-14/hr try to save taco bell money? It's not their $$, it's gotta be mngmt). Not to mention day staff seems just completely unhappy to take my order. I'm always here, taco bell is my fix but they gotta get their game together or I'm going elsewhere.

Three stars for the stellar night crew. Two off for the depressing and sad day crew staff and theyre even more...

We have never had a positive experience at this location. We've only been there maybe 4 times. Everytime the employees are rude, the lobby is a mess and the employees have no concern for the customers or the food they serve. One of the times we went the employees were all shouting profanity at each other and two were making out in the lobby (while in uniform). This last time we went around 9pm and went to this location because my husband didn't want to go across town because we usually make it a point to go to the other location across town instead of this one which is about 2 minutes away. The lady at the window was extremely rude by snatching my card from my hand and giving us dirty looks. We ordered two cheesy fiesta potato bowls with extra sour cream and they had no sour cream. My husbands doritos los tacos was empty aside from a little bit of meat and cheese and there was no sour cream after we had asked for it on the taco. She was very rude when handing us our food. We will never be returning to this location. I wish I could give this location zero stars. The management needs to fix these problems...

I’m going to start by saying no matter how I order, through the drive through or door dash/uber eats, my order is ALWAYS INCOMPLETE. And not usually only one item, MULTIPLE. As Taco Bell prices have soared through the roof, this is absolutely unacceptable. Tonight as I was dining in the parking lot after going through the drive through…. I noticed I was missing 3 items in my bag. The first time I went back into the store the manager (I believe is who I spoke to) was very polite and asked me what was missing. Then I realized I was missing one more item after returning to the car and I turned around and went back in and dealt with the NASTY drive through lady who portrayed that I was LYING to her about my missing item. I then proceeded to tell her that I would not lie about my missing item and she flat out told me “I saw it in the bag” and I stated, you can come outside with me and CHECK MY CAR because the containers you saw were 1.
