Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Absolutely the WORSE Pizza Hut ever! We ordered and was told 45 minutes. I’m 30 minutes from this location, I waited thirty minutes then drove up. I was told there was a 15 minute wait. No worries, I was early anyway. I waited 20 minutes, when Tim and it’s gonna be another 15 minutes. Ok, I walked over to the grocery store for a few items. Put the stuff in my vehicle and went back in PH, it’s now been about an hour and a half. I’m told it’s going to be another 15 minutes, I seriously went back out to my truck and waited 15 more minutes, went inside, and I’m told another 15 minutes now I’m getting very annoyed. The young man tried to give me some of the order that had been sitting underneath the counter for what he told me was 90 minutes I refused it. Long story very short. It was three hours and nine minutes before I got my order. You might ask why did I wait that long, well, I had been working all day, I was extremely exhausted, and when you’re told 15 minutes every 15 minutes you think eventually it is only going to be another 15 minutes. I got a phone call from Pizza Hut saying my pizza was ready, in fact, he said it had been ready the whole time and he didn’t realize it. I said is my pizza fresh? Well, it’s warm, OK I’m hungry and I’m annoyed at this point. By the time I got that pizza home it was absolutely gross. That pizza head was so old. what a waste of money, and my time not to mention it’s now late and I still have to make dinner. Now, please don’t call me lazy I very seldom dying out very very seldom. This is a rarity for me and my husband. And what a 100% disappointment and a waste of $32. Not to mention Pizza Hut has permanently lost us...

Was waiting in line and the clerk asked the manager for help with the individual in front of me. Instead of helping me, she goes to the back and completely ignored us. I had to shout to the back five times to adk why she wasn't helping us. She then asked me my number multiple times to find our order. Once she retrieved it, she couldn't read the ticket and I had to explain it to her. After, she rounded up our pizzas, she started to walk back to the back when I told her she hadn't retrieved all of my order. I had to point out various items to her and then she'd "misplace" the items while walking the three steps to get the next item. To add insult to injury, she was chewing on something and salivating and and kept putting her hands to her mouth with no gloves on and then touching all the boxes. The only reason I didn't make a stink was because the food was in boxes and I had three hungry kids at home. They need to seriously train their staff better and to be mindful of health...

Went here Friday with my daughter and though they were busy, they made the pizzas quickly and the 2 workers up front handed it over with a smile. We ordered 2 pizzas (original and pan), garlic cheese sticks and Alfredo pasta. Everything was delicious with the exception of the pasta, it was really crispy on top and the sauce just wasn't great but my daughter and husband enjoyed it :) we'll be back
