Hanava Boba Tea — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

We like boba drinks and are always looking for a new place close to home so we decided to give Havana Tea a try. In short, we were very disappointed! There were several reasons. While we liked the atmosphere, one big thing that stood out was the sign by the register that they do not remake drinks if a customer is not happy with the result. For a place that charges $9 for a drink (not including boba and exras) that's a concern. The drink menu is similar to other boba places around, big difference being theb $2 extra charge for light ice. My drink -Earl gray milk tea with regular boba and cheese foam- was $11 and I liked it. My daughter ordered brown boba tai tea with cheese foam- also $11. She asked for light ice and was told of the extra $2 charge. Crazy! While I liked my severely overpriced drink, the brown sugar boba tasted very off-putting almost like burnt coffee and my daughter did ended up throwing all of the boba and half of her drink away. Again, what a disappointing experience! While I understand that there are only a few boba places around St. Cloud, and it might cost a little more to get it closer to home, this place is a rip off, especially since they will not remake the drink if a person doesn't like it. There are enough other boba place around here that will it cost $22 for just 2 drinks! That is a high price to pay fot an average boba drink. We will not be returning to...

We recently visited Hanava Boba Tea in St Cloud Florida and had a mixed experience, but overall, it was quite positive. The ambiance of the place is cozy and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends or getting some work done. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant.

We tried the classic taro milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was delicious! The tea had a rich flavor, and the pearls were perfectly chewy. We also had the coconut milk tea with boba, which was fantastic. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. It would be great if they could speed up the service a bit.

One thing we didn't enjoy was that the boba and popping pearls were itemized on the price, which made the drinks a bit more expensive than anticipated. Despite this, the overall taste and quality of the drinks were excellent.

On the bright side, the variety of flavors and toppings they offer is impressive. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place, which is always a big plus. Despite the slight delay in service, the quality of the drinks made up for it.

Overall, I highly recommend Hanava Boba Tea. It's a must-visit spot for boba lovers, and I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique flavors...

i went here with my sister to try out a new boba spot and was completely disappointed. i ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba and first of all, why was is it $10.70?!?! crazy price but that’s not what got me. my boba was ROCK HARD literally couldn’t even chew it. and the milk tea wasn’t even good. so i went to go ask if i can just replace it with something else and they said they don’t do that, i asked for a refund, they said they don’t do that. then ended up just saying they will remake it but idk i could just sense the attitude and i they were treating me like i was dumb. they remade it AND THE BOBA WAS STILL HARD. i ended up just leaving i wasn’t gonna waste any more energy on them. extremely dissatisfied and it’s not worth the price AT ALLLLLL. my sister also order the strawberry milk tea and it awful. it tasted like powdered strawberry milk. they didn’t offer her anything when we politely told them we didn’t like it. my sister just ended up giving it back and leaving, that’s how bad it was. and not to mention we waited for like 3 minutes just waiting for her to acknowledge us she like she kept looking at us not even saying anything even tho she could tell we wanted to talk to her and we were...
