Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Every Friday night we order from here. When we go to pick it up, we have zero problem except maybe a wait line. However, every single time we try their delivery, we end up having to wait way longer than what was quoted on the website and tonight was a horrible experience.

I called to find out where our order was an hour after ordering. I was told it's on the way. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. I call back and get hung up on. Then I go down there, ask for a manager and request my order all over again after explaining the situation. She said she would make it again and asked me to pull around front.

A few minutes later the driver pulls up to the store with our order in hand and multiple other bags that were empty from delivery. As I sit in my vehicle, I can see straight to the back where the driver is talking to someone and kept picking up lids for the order he brought in. Then after a couple minutes of this, he grabs a slice of pizza and eats it.

After about 5 more minutes, the manager comes out and has me pay full price for my new order....I hope that driver paid for the pizza he ate too.

Then I get home with our food to find out our subs are burnt.... I will not be returning. Edit: Our subs weren't cooked all the way through on the inside but...

Buyer beware, I ordered pizza online, it said 25 minutes, I got there 40 minutes later and they never even started my order. They were not busy, there was nobody else there. They were sitting down not making pizza, except 1 lady who when I drove up was outside in her car. So I told the lazy people to cancel my order and ordered at my usual location which is I kissimmee on john young parkway and they had my order ready in less than 20 minutes, it was ready before I got there. And they were busy, the whole parking lot was full. The kissimmee location is the best, I don't know why I even went to try the St. Cloud location. By the way I ordered the 10 pizza deal for my sons party and yes everyone was waiting for the pizza, thanks St Cloud for ruining it. I guess it is my fault for not going to the best location, my usual, kissimmee. They don't have any problems when you order online, use the 10 pizza deal coupon, or ordering at the window. I have even ordered pizzas for my kids school before and kissimmee can handle it. The St. Cloud location doesn't want you to order any pizza, they just want to sit down and not be bothered. I hope the owner is ok with...

Food tastes good; prices are reasonable, BUT, you get what you pay for. The customer service here is not very good. Ordered the new flatbread with pepperoni. It looked so terrible it was laughable. Literally 4 single slices of pepperoni that were cut into which made the cheese separate on burnt crust. They usually always forget my dipping sauces and if they don't, it's the old sauce that taste like fermentation; almost like vinegar. Definitely expired. Well yet again they forgot my side items, so I tried to call immediately after receiving my order (which was 15 minutes late... It was a future order). Was just on hold for almost a half hour and still no one picked up. When they originally answered the phone she asked if I could please hold and then just put me on hold immediately. Why bother asking? After almost 30 minutes on hold, I gave up, which is probably what they're counting on. I cringe every time I place an order here because something will go wrong. I'm just gonna start going...
