Their prices are not accurate. The dipped cheesecake is listed at $7 and itâs actually 13.50 which is insane to me and very misleading. According to the owner she changed the prices and her new signage is not in yet which is understandable but at least have a notice posted or let customers know as their ordering. When I spoke with women taking the order she was very dismissive and said to contact the owner. She also didnât realize I spoke Spanish and told the gentleman cutting the strawberries to start adding less strawberries to the cups as rush hour was coming. When I spoke with the owner, though a pleasant women she kept cutting me off and not really letting me explain my experience. She had a response for everything as i was still talking. When I mentioned the comment I heard about the strawberries her response was âthanks for letting me know and not running to social mediaâ. I was caught off guard by that comment considering social media is how you bring in customers, thatâs certainly how we found them. She texted me a few minutes later and said the prices I was charged were correct but she failed to see what the actual point was. Unfortunately, after a few more visits, Iâve noticed a clear decline. The portion of toppings has become noticeably smaller, now it feels like you're mostly eating just strawberries. Iâm not expecting an overfilled cup, but for a $16 treat, there should be a better balance or a $25 chocolate bar Iâm expecting quality. Even more concerning, the strawberries no longer seem fresh. Lately, theyâve been mushy, as if theyâre old or previously frozen. On top of that, the Belgian chocolate used now doesnât taste like the same high-quality version they started with. It feels like a cost-cutting move that has really affected the overall experience. Itâs disappointing to see such a quick drop in quality. I asked for the strawberry cup and asked for extra chocolate and pistachio cream because although the first time I went it was great, I had very little of both. The young lady who served me put an outrageous amount of both, so much so that it was filled to the rim and it overflowed and she didnât clean my cup properly. Not only that, but she was making fun of my order with her coworker because I ordered âextra⌠of bothâ. Mind you, the place is extremely small so you can hear everything. Once I got my cup I said âyou put extra extraâ and the young lady rose her voice and said âgirl you asked for extra!â I just looked at her, paid and left. My cup was inedible from how much she put.
