Edit to Add….the establishment replied but just because they say it doesnt make it true. Its funny that if u look up all the negative reviews they make the reviewers look like they are lying. 😂 but our experience is OUR experience. Note to Phyre management..When you fail as a business take the criticism and do better!!! That being said…. The steak was definitely over cooked and they couldn’t even address the fact that we never even got the water or that the server went to the other table multiple times. Without us ever even getting water. Until we reminded her and asked for the bottle of water (an 8 dollar bottle of water!!) we never got the appetizer Or the fact that the bartender saw the drink sitting there and ended up bring it over. At the end of the day the restaurant is reaching to try an discredit our awful experience by saying the times were exaggerated “as you see it” 😒 but that doesn’t negate the fact that the service was awful and so was your food! I would give it 0 stars if i could! Original review.. We had the worse experience here today 8/21/25. First time here we stopped in based on google reviews being mostly positive. We were seated and there was only one other table sat at the moment. The server Ryan-nichole (thats what the receipt said) took our drink order.. 2 waters… and it took 18 mins to get the water even though she came to the table next to us FOUR times in that 18 mins. She finally came and asked what we wanted to order for dinner and we mentioned we would take a bottle of water at this point.(hoping that would give her the hint that we never got the water we ordered) then I ordered an appetizer (pretzel and cheese) our entrees and i ordered a margarita. The crazy part of that is that we saw the bartender making my drink and she had it ready before we ever got the water and we saw it sit on the bar for 9 mins getting watered down. And the BARTENDER is the one that actually picked it up and brought it to me. The server never even attempted to grab it… but then sat and gave water to the people that sat down way after us. Before we ever got our water. We arrived at 3:05 and according to the receipt our order wasn’t even put in until 3:41!! Then when food came out i asked did they forget the appetizer? And she 100% blamed it on the kitchen for not having it ready but we believe she never even put the order in. We ended up just canceling it. Then our 48 dollar ribeye came out it was ordered med rare and was actually medium well. It was so over cooked and chewy and mashed potatoes were weirdly seasoned they were not good at all. we had to send it back. And we were so ready to go but they remade it. And i asked for a togo box and the bill which BIG surprise took almost 22 mins to get with no other people coming into the restaurant besides the people before us and one other family that sat after us. Needless to say we will NEVER come back here. This place is overpriced, food is not good, service was awful!! We paid $103 for an inedible lunch.

Overcooked Anniversary dinner. We arrived around 7:45pm on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary with what we hoped would be some great steaks. We were taken to a booth in the back of the restaurant right next to the piano player. The booth seat had a puddle of water on it so we couldn’t sit down. I told the hostess so she could grab a towel to dry it off. Unfortunately that didn’t resolve the water issue because it kept dropping on me from the A/C duct in the ceiling. I decided to order a mixed drink since seeing some great ones on their website. Sorry to say looks can be deceiving bc it was watered down and not so good. We knew what we wanted and my husband ordered his Ribeye while I ordered the Filet. We ordered them both medium rare but unfortunately mine arrived well done, no pink in the middle. So we sent it back with the waitress and not long after a gentleman came to our table who might of been the manager but not sure since he didn’t introduce himself. However he was apologetic about my incorrect steak and said he would have another steak cooked for me and be right back out with it. While we waited about 10 minutes for my steak a table 2 down from us had their meal cone out and go right back to the kitchen bc they were incorrect. Our waitress then came over and asked if there was anything we needed. My husband says politely just my wife’s meal. A few minutes later the gentleman returned with another steak. As it was being cut into we found yet again it was over cooked. This time it has some pink (pictured)which is closer to medium well but still far from medium rare. You can’t call yourself a steakhouse if you can’t properly cook a steak as ordered. I was over it with the multiple drops of water that had continuously been dripping on me while we were there. If it were up to me I would have left after the first wrong steak but I didn’t want to ruin my husbands dinner too. The gentleman politely took the $33 for my steak off the bill since I didn’t eat one bite. Seems as though the restaurant is going through an identity crisis and hadn’t decided what it is going to be, a Speakeasy, Steakhouse or Saloon since they told us more changes are coming. Honestly the most important part of your restaurant is to provide good, quality food so people will want to return. This meal would have ppl staying away.

We finally made it out for a date night with friends and we were immediately impressed with the decoration and vibe as we walked in. Our waiter was an older man with a rugged classy look to him. Our husband's immediately asked him for his whiskey recommendation and boy was he right! Smoked in maple, the whiskey was amazing enough to order twice. The waiter was honestly delightful and hilarious! We started with the bruschetta and it was good but it wasn't fully toasted. The heaviness of the ingredients made the bread a soggy in the middle. The candy bacon was 100% worth the hype. You absolutely have to try it. It's thick glazed bacon. The grilled chicken came with spiral noodles, which are my absolutely least favorite. It's difficult for the sauce to hold on to those type of noodles so naturally it comes off a little dry. The ribeye and scallops were the better choice. The loaded mashed potatoes were 100% worth it and so filling, and my friend who ordered the asparagus with his, & raved about the dipping sauce it came with. They had no complaints there. We ended the night with their cheesecake which I give a 3.5 on taste and texture. Lastly is my drink, they whipped up a cucumber jalapeno margarita for me and it was the most delightful thing I've ever had. Rich in taste. Not spicy at all. I gave atmosphere a 4 because there wasn't music playing. I understand that it became a little empty once we walked in but it had great potential for atmosphere and it fell dull after 9:00. All in all we would come again for brunch to try the chicken and waffle monstrosity that we've seen online. The night did end with a $300 bill for four people. Come prepared to pay nothing less than $20 and entree.
