We had such an amazing experience today! We didn’t even know Sofia would be there, so when we saw her, we were beyond excited, we hadn’t seen her in so long and missed her so much! Our kids absolutely love her, and honestly, we think our son has a little crush on her too 😄. It was super busy today, but Sofia had a huge smile on her face the entire time. She had everyone laughing and just brought the best energy. Every time Sofia tends to us, it’s like the whole experience is elevated, she has the warmest smile, such a kind heart, and truly top-tier customer service. While everyone was hanging out outside, all you could hear was people saying great things about Sofia. It’s clear we’re not the only ones who adore her. I live in another state but my family that lives in FL insisted I must try this place. All of their popsicles were made and you pick whatever toppings you would like on them. I ordered the strawberries and cream topped with hard shell dark chocolate and oreos. It was delicious, a little less creamy than I expected but still good. My sister ordered the coconut cream with hard dark chocolate and that was a delicious heavenly creamy treat. My mother ordered a passion fruit plain and it was very refreshing and the perfect balance of sweet and sour for passion fruit. My other sister had the oreos and cream topped with oreos and that was a great classic oreo taste. Overall, I think whatever you order you can't go wrong. I can’t believe I waited so long to leave a review for ABBAletas Popsicle Shop! This place is truly a hidden gem in the downtown St. Cloud area. They offer an amazing assortment of natural flavors and toppings that never disappoint. My personal favorite is the passionfruit popsicle with condensed milk and a sprinkle of Tajín—absolutely delicious!

While the shop itself isn’t very large, it has a cozy and calming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to relax, whether it’s a lazy Sunday afternoon or any time of the day. Our kids love coming here, and the unique touch of finding a Bible verse imprinted on the popsicle stick always sparks meaningful conversations.
