The Cup Diner — Restaurant in Saint Cloud

Finally stopped into the cup to see what all the talk was about. Turns out all the negative talk was just a bunch of haters!

Surprisingly the cup is a lot bigger inside then what it looks like on the outside. Upon walking in the staff knew the company I was with and let us sit wherever.

The waiter was incredibly friendly and a nice guy. I assumed it was cause he's familiar with people at the table however I think he's just like this to everybody. The Took notes about a seafood allergy and explained how they prep when somebody has an allergy.

The food came up pretty quick. I'm not sure how anybody could plain about this food. It's diner like food and you can get breakfast at any time, Which is pretty Baller have eggs and bacon for dinner.

I ordered a country fried steak and let me tell you this: Cracker Barrel Was my benchmark for a good country fried steak. The cup smacked around Cracker Barrel with a raw country fried stegg before they put in the deep friar for me.

I understand it can get busy at times but definitely give this place to try. I tried over a 1000 different restaurants and 700 different reviews before coming here and finding out it was truly a 5 star Hometown diner. The cup,...

I have NEVER written a review for anything, but I had to take the time to write one for the Koffee Kup after what I had experienced. My wife and I visited the place for the first time on 5/16/2017 at about 7:30pm. We noticed the sign in front of the door stated they close at 8:00pm so after opening the door we decided to leave and come back another time because they were about to close and didn't think they would have a fresh pot of coffee and thought the service would be rushed. As I got into my truck and was about to leave I hear a knock on my window and to my surprise a gentleman (I believe it was the owner) from the diner asked us why we were leaving and I told him why and he insisted we stay and eat... I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE... EVER! They made us a fresh pot of coffee and the waitress was so awesome with us.That my friends is customer service on steroids!!! Upon arrival to The Koffee Kup we were told that we had to wait outside while a table opened up. Once seated our waitress, who seems like she hates the world and her job, asked us rudely what we'd like to drink. It took so long to come take our order and when she did she was too busy talking to the people seated next to us. Once our order was placed it took 35 or so minutes for it to hit the window. The food my uncle and husband ordered was cold upon arrival to the table. While we were waiting for our food another party was seated, placed their order, and recieved it before ours even came out. Silverware was left on the tables from previous diners, the tables were not wiped down at all, used silverware was wiped and rewrapped for the next patrons. I just can't fathom how this place is rated the third best spot to eat in St. Cloud and the number 1 breakfast in Osceola county.
