Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Saint George

I looked online to find contact info for a manager or owner but could not find anything so here I go. My family and I love Baskin Robbins! It's our go to ice cream place. We went here today to get some ice cream. Everything was great! The two young men were very kind and prompt with their service. I was so impressed I left a tip at checkout. Wish that the story ended there. Two of my kids ordered cookies and cream milk shakes. Both of them at the same time said that the milkshake tasted fruity. My wife and I tried it as well and it didn't taste right. Something must have been on the scoop or left in the blended because there was definitely a different taste. We figured it would be no problem to get them redone but we were wrong. They said that the items were clean before they used them. I'm sure things aren't cleaned perfectly Everytime. Instead of solving our problem with new ones they said that we were in the wrong. I feel like this is an opportunity to train your staff. I'm gutted that I left a tip for ice cream that my kids didn't enjoy. Hopefully next time a customer has a legit complaint and asks very politely and respectively we can be treated...

We walked in to the small building where 20+ customers were standing shoulder to shoulder, not one of them wearing a mask. The only people besides us in the congested space wearing masks were the three employees.

However, while waiting in line, we look behind the counter and see that all three employees were PREPARING FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS! (That's a health code violation even when you're not in the midst of a pandemic). One of the guys was spraying whipped cream on top of a shake and you could clearly see his finger just sitting in the whipped cream for several seconds....

I recently visited BR with my children. The ice cream at this place is good, but I was really disappointed when I ordered a sundae. I noticed that the scoop size was way smaller than when you just order a regular scoop. It’s like they change the rules for scoops when you get a sundae, and that’s not cool. A scoop should be a scoop no matter what you order! They should tell you if the size is going to be different before you order a sundae. Felt like I was getting less than I paid for. A two scoop is 6.19 and I got a three scoop sundae and paid 2.00 more and I got less ice cream than my children that got two scoops. Won’t be coming back...
