They have fairly decent food, though they are constantly making guests wait before even being allowed to order. There is also a distinct lack of decision making at this location. On several occasions, when a customer is trying to find a compromise to an issue at the store, the employees and especially the management there have been very indecisive and are too lazy to consider what you are saying. Their management has been known to take recommendations as to how to run their store from people who have absolutely no involvement at their store. This includes possible new hires. Usually the task of hiring new employees is left to the owner of the location, or even to the managers. This does not extend to the people who may live in the neighborhood where the store is located. I was eating inside the restaurant and overheard one of the workers tell another worker “the doordash is here!” And the doordasher was really patient, waiting there. And this chunky Latina with long hair (probably in her 20s) shouted so loud the whole restaurant could hear (INCLUDING ME) “WELL, THEY CAN WAIT”. It was SO uncalled for and I hope something is done because I felt horrible for the doordasher. They did absolutely nothing wrong. Ten minutes later, and numerous “hellos” into the speaker got no response. I pulled around to the window to find the car in front of me (only two people in it) still waiting for their food. This is beyond staff shortages, this is also not fast food anymore.
