Went in quickly grab a donut hole bag since i had somewhere to be by 10am. When i went in a man was walking out and a dasher was walking in. The woman helped the dasher in front of me, i grabbed my donut holes and went to the counter, she was on the phone taking an order which is not a big deal. The man walked back in and she still ignored me and went back to helping him, he left and i waited a few more minutes, still didnât acknowledge me until i was walking out only to rudely say âcan you wait?!?â I replied âno thank youâ and left. The least she could have done was said âone momentâ or acknowledged me in any kind of way instead of blatantly ignoring until i decided to leave.
Went in 4/10/2025 at a little before 9:30 AM after having a bad experience a few months ago hoping they could redeem themselves, stood around, not a single soul at the counter, couldnt get any help YET AGAIN. I have places to be i cant just be standing around waiting all day. This place is ridiculous. Definitely the last time im going to be...
Read moreEvery time I've gone to Daylight Donuts in St. George I've had the same experience. I wait in line for about twenty minutes, looking at the half-empty display case trying to decide which donuts to select that are still available, because I don't want to be one of the folks who orders something not ready and has to wait again.
Once I get to the front of the line, the experience improves dramatically. The donuts themselves are perfectly serviceable, the "standard" donuts being quite similar to Shipley's, and the service is fine but not outstanding. The prices are pretty standard fare for a donut shop. Given the lack of competition I would say I can recommend Daylight, but if another donut shop opens that does a better job of forecasting demand and processing orders so I don't have to invest an hour of my day to pick up a dozen, I'll probably...
Read moreWe received a voucher from a friend for a free dozen of donuts, otherwise with so many options for donuts in STG I hadnât thought about stopping at Daylight in the past. One of the owners served me and was very friendly. Great quality and variety of donuts here for a moderate price point (cheaper than Pinkbox, a bit more than Linâs). I like this better than Pinkbox because Daylightâs donuts have about 3lbs less sugar caked on top of each one - however if you like your donuts sweet & frosted, they have that too. Itâs got a Mom & Pop vibe to the location, but is very clean and well maintained inside. Iâll be...
