My husband bought a $40 Tortilla Press from them yesterday & when we opened the box, it was missing the 2 pins that hold the handle on. I went with the reciept to either get my money back or exchange it today & 2 employees found one that had the pins. I said thanks, & was getting ready to take the new one home & they had the manager on the phone & I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes until she arrived. I told them I had to be to work & that I'll gladly just take our money back. They still said I needed to wait. I drove an hour to get there, so I agreed to wait 10 minutes. She arrived 20 minutes later & I explained the issue & showed her. She immediately asked me if we dropped the box & if the pins just fell out, (which would be impossible since the pins are connected to the press & locked into place). I told her no, & instead of her just giving me the one that is put together, her husband (I'm assuming since he came in with her), looked at the the one I brought in & said "something is wrong because it's missing pin." (Duh!) He also asked me what we did to it. Finally, after I explained again, "we just opened the box & why would we remove the pins?", instead of just giving me the new one that was put together, he & she took the pins out of the new one & gave me the pins. I was okay with this, because all I needed were the pins in the 1st place to make ours work!!! Why not just exchange it for one that was put together in the 1st place though? Now they basically have the same one I brought in. I was tired of their games & questions so I just took the pins & the one we bought, said thanks, & left before they could change their minds again about giving me more trouble. Every time we visit this place, mostly because they have some food ingredients that are hard to find, we are greeted with unkindness, no one goes beyond & above anything & the customer service (now the owners / managers...

If I could give them zero stars I would this place is absolutely awful they are rude and sold us expired meat and when we went to talk to them about it the so called manager got mad and rude and proceeded to tell my friends husband that he needed to speak English even tho she understood and spoke Spanish it was explained to her that he doesn't speak English very well and she got mad when he was asking his wife to translate. Never have I ever received this type of service from a supposed Mexican market. This place needs to be shut down the way they sell expired meat and on top of that the butcher doesn't wear gloves and cross contaminated seafood with beef. I highly recommend going anywhere but...

No todo es fresco. Pasando rumbo a California de regreso buscamos un lugar donde compra carnitas y chicharron carnudo. Les dire que se me iso raro que las carnitas y chicharrones se miraban muy prietas o obscuras pero como traia el antojo decidi comprarlas de todos modos. Bueno, despues de pagar $60 y mas dolares por 1 libra de carnitas, 2 libras de chicharrones, 1 aguacate, 1 bolsita de 4 panes dulces, 1 bolsita de 4 bolillos que por cierto ya los tienen enbolsados o sea que ni siquiera puedes escojerlos a tu gusto y 2 salsitas Herndez en lata. Se me iso muy alto el precio de todo y para acabarla me hicieron daño las carnas y los chicharrones. Me dolio el estomago y empeze a reperlas y con mucho asco. Los chiccharrones estaban muy corriosos y muy dificiles de masticar como que ya estaban muy viejos por eso creo que estaban muy prietos y ni siquera las carnitas tenia sabor. Esta es una "Fake" o fasa tienda Mexicana que atrae gente que va pasando por el pueblo en busca de una tienda de comida Mexicana autentica. No se dejen engañar. No lo es. Aparte la actitud de sus trabajadores es muy negativa. Una trabajodora que parecia ser la dueña le estaba ablando muy fuerte y mal a mi ver a una empleada porque creo que no abia acomodado los productos enlatados a su gusto. Se le miraba la cara de enojo y eso me parecio muy mal ella no perecia mexicana porque ablaba el español muy mal por eso pienso que esta tienda no es de dueños hispanos. Over all"- como se dice aqui,:no vale la pena ir a su tienda. Ya tengo 2 dias mala de mi estomago por comprar comida pasada que no estaba fresca. Lastina que no puede uno reportarlos a salubridad por solos de California y no sabemos las leyes de salubridad de Utah. Tambien antes de ir a tienda llamamos para saber si abia parqueadero para trokes de semi y la muchacha que contesto nos dijo que si abia donte parquearnos en el semi truck, pero no hay donde. Nos tuvimos que parque en la avenida con riesgo a un ticket de la policia por parquarnos alli. Muy may de su parte al darnos esa mal informacion. No valio el riesgo, 😢...
