Horrible Customer Service, first time I have ever had to call to talk to a manager or make a bad review. Lady who took my order was very rude and acted like she couldn’t care less. I asked for honey mustard and was told to ask at the window. I get to the window and the lady says nothing and just holds her hand out for the card, I then ask for napkins and honey mustard and she looks at me and says nothing. After she gives me my food and card back I realized I didn’t have napkins or sauce and said ma’m three times getting louder each time. But she was too busy having her back turned to the window talking to a co-worker so when I arrived at home I called and asked to speak to a manager. The lady who took my order was on the phone and once again and when I asked she kind of annoyedly said yeah. I could hear her ask someone “This guy wants to speak with a manager” and someone said “I don’t want to speak to him, tell him there’s not a manager here right now. And when she came back and told me there was no manager I said let me speak to who ever is in charge and a lady answered with a horrible attitude and I could tell the conversation was going No-Where so I just hung up and made this review. Read moreUsually Church's is my favorite place to get chicken, well after tonight, my experience with the manager himself, i will b going to KFC, as where I live turn one way I got Churchs, turn the other way I got KFC, so I went to get their holiday special 12 piece legs an thighs, got home had only 8, so went back to get what I paid for, manager tells me I should have brought back the chicken, well I had the receipt it said 12 pc, he said I should have counted before leaving, tried giving me only 3 legs, i said no I paid for 12 got 8 want what I'm owed, i paid for it not asking for free nothing, he still wanted to say I need to overlook HIS employees work, no that's his job I have a job an I do it an I have a boss an if I make a mistake its her job to make me correct it so do your job an correct your employees, not my fault your the boss that has to correct an make good on your employees faults, ty have a good night, walked out!!! My GF ate 2 pieces of chicken and started complaining about her 2nd piece of chicken and threw it in the box. We put it in the refrigerator and next day took one box inside and all I could smell the putrid smell X10 that I tasted the night before. I ask for a refund for the 10 piece chicken only. The manager opened the box and ask the problem. He counted 6 pieces of uneaten chicken, 2 pieces with a bite or 2 out of them I told him I just wanted a refund for the chicken and not worry about the shrimp dinner and he said " I will give you 12 piece box or $6 for the 6 pieces that don't have a bites out of them" I refused the 12 piece box, didn't think it fair but took my 6 dollar refund and left because I couldn't...
