McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

I am very upset and disappointed with the way my son and I were treated today. I tried to call and could get no answer and beings how this is not the first time I have had poor service from this McDonalds imparticular, I figured I would try to contact someone online. My son was disrespected as a member of our military!! All other McDonalds have always gave him/us our discount...whether we are in uniform or not!! "Just anyone could come in and flash an ID" is what this manager informed us!!! Might as well as been calling my son a liar and I am just VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service from there today and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT STORE!!! NOR WILL MY FAMILY OR MY FRIENDS...Like I said its not the first time I was disrespected at that store, but it will for sure be my last. The managers at this store are adamant about calling their customers liars or telling them they are wrong. I have been a manager, and I have always been respectful and accomadated my customers to the best of my ability--"customer is always right" So my review for this store here....HORRIBLE!! GET NEW MANAGERS!! Please or you are going to lose a lot more customers than little old insignificant me and my son and family. Feel free to email me with questions...I will not post my number here as Im sure this will not generate a bunch of positive feedback. Also I would be glad to explain the other couple of incidences, if it would help with fixing this...

I'm so disappointed, when placing my order I had a feeling the workers were being a little sketchy, sluted words to start. I started to place my order and thought my maybe I should just go to a different one but I was tired from driving all day so I didn't, I I'll try to pay close attention to my intuition because I should have went somewhere else because my fries I asked if they were fresh and they said no I asked if I could have fresh ones they told me to pull up there and I pulled up and I waited and I waited and I waited but I get it it takes some time I just wanted fresh fries and when they brought it out to me they gave me fries full of grease my sack is coated with grease and my sandwich had so much ketchup on it that my top bun is soaked and ketchup oozing out the sides. I was really looking forward to it, I hadn't had McDonald's in quite a while. I took pictures to show them tomorrow, Maybe I could get a refund, there's no way I want them to give me another meal as a replacement. Horrible is all I can describe this location as. Keep in mind the website for this location is 24 hours. As we pulled into the drive took them a few minutes to answer although we were the only people there then as we were told to pull up to the second window we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledge after that we got our food and asked for extra honey mustard which she then proceeded to get the wrong item after corrected she very rudely brought the right item then back again with an attitude we brought to her attention that our small fries had about 7 fries per small fries and were so old the were inedible we then asked for fresh fries and she very rudely said we’re closed so I have to ask my manager even though there were more cars behind us then we waited about ten to get the fries and told her she could have the bad ones back and she very rudely slammed the window and rolled her eyes when we got home our Mc.chickens were cold and nuggets rubbery. And had a phone and earbud and was more worried about that then...
