Due to an injury I’m using a cane and walking very slow. My dad and I were the only customers in the store. I walked from the woman’s to the men’s section to find help about some jeans. The 3 employees ( 2 guys and a girl) were laughing and talking while leaning on a mens rack of shirts. We all made eye contact and I smiled. They walked away quickly before I could ask my question. I followed them to the front desk where they continued to laugh and talk. When I said Hi one of the employees said “ope” before walking quickly by me being followed by the other. Found a pair of boots on sale on line for a really good deal. Since they were limited on stock you couldn't order online. I sent an email and got a reply within a few hours from Kathy. She was very quick to find out if they had them available in my size at the Nebraska location. She then had them put on the truck for me that morning and that evening I went and tried on not 1 pair but 2. I don't remember the woman that helped me's name but her number is 031. She brought me a pair of socks and both pairs of boots to try on. I was very satisfied with my purchase and visit today. Thank both of you ladies...

Great shopping experience even though they did not have one item I was seeking. I purchased something different but returned the next day to return it. The process was very easy once an employee was found who knew how to do a return. Excellent selection of boots and all sorts of western gear. I found the women's clothing quite expensive but the selection in the men's department was far superior to that of other local stores that carry the same...
