D D's Specialty Bakery Cafe — Restaurant in Saint Marys

Ordered my wedding cake through them for December. The price was affordable, however the cake was not decorated how it should be for a wedding. Very bland and it didn't seem as though time was put into it, specifically asked for "light on the frosting" and it was heavily covered. They also never put my cake topper on the cake, which is very uncommon to not have a topper for a wedding cake! I didn't even end up eating any of it because I was so disappointed. Another reviewer on Yelp mentioned how you are expected to just awkwardly wait at the door without anyone giving you an idea of how long you're supposed to wait and whether or not you'll get a table. The wait staff continued to go about their business until we were at the threshold and finally admitted us to a table. We waiting around 45 minutes overall to get our food. Coming from California, $6.50 for breakfast is insanely cheap. The food was pretty standard (bacon, eggs, toast), but better than other restaurants I've had in the area. Waited an hour to get our food. Other people that came in after us and ordered about the same things or quantity, received their food and drink about 15mins after they sat down, which was pretty disappointing. The worse part was we asked for a couple of things like refills, missing items, etc several times over and over again and still had to wait, unlike other tables around us that did not ask and they got refills, etc right away. It took 5+mins just to get our drinks when we first came in. It seemed like there was only 1 waitress working at a very busy time. At least some of the food we ordered the kids...
