Rick's Dough Boys — Restaurant in Saint Marys

We order from Rick's once a month and sometimes 2 times a month. We spend $50.00 not including the tip for pick up not delivery. I always order for myself the Spaghetti and meatball dinner and I request extra bread instead of of salad. Every time I order this I have to beg to have this substituted This last time I called placed my family's dinner order and was told that I can't substitute the salad with bread by the manager on duty.. but I can have extra bread for .70 more..not only can I not substitute the bread I didn't get my salad that I paid for with the meal not that.i can eat my salad .. I am not trying to write a book on this however I shouldn't have to request this every time I call be put on hold for manager approve this simple request..it"s Bread that I am asking for a substitute not asking for a whole loaf of bread .. I really was tempted to call back and cancel my order not just because what I was requesting was a simple request but my family likes the food there.. it's to bad the service today wasn't as good as the food. So therefore she meaning the manager on duty missed out on her employees getting a tip.. You see I have to pay for my food but I don't have to leave a tip if the service isn't any good. We spend $600.00 plus a year at Rick's for dinner . We are going to give Rick's a break for awhile. You see I can order spaghetti and meatballs at other establishments and substitute my salad for for extra bread without...

Everytime we order, they are always missing something or messing something up. Last year, the waitress that was waiting on us left and we were told another was going to come by and take care of us. She never came and we waited 20mins. Finally, my husband got up and said we have been waiting for 20mins. There was only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time. So, we packed up and left. My kids did not like the pizza. I went a couple of days ago and the food was good. Waited forever, but the food was still good. We also waited forever for the take out dessert. Prices on the menu do not match what they charge you on your receipt. Was not charged with a cup of Alfredo Sauce that I thought came with the meal. This was the first time I ate there. The second time I ate there, the prices that I was charged for the same couple of items were more. Plus, I was charged for blue cheese that I wanted with a food item instead of the normal sauce that came with the food. I was also charged for the Alfred sauce that I thought came with the same meal that I ordered the first day I came in to eat. Prices again were different from the menu and the receipt. At least take the time to change your menu prices to reflect the correct prices on what to charge your customers on...

This place is great. I was in St. Mary's on business for a few days and ate here a couple times. I had a Supreme Stromboli, Italian Sub, and a variety of apps.

The Apps are what you'd expect from anywhere, but we're really good. A colleague said the fried pickle chips were really good, but I really liked the broccoli bites.

The Supreme Stromboli and the Italian Sub were both awesome. The Stromboli was the best one I've had to be honest. It was packed full of meat and peppers. The sauce on the side was awesome too.

The Italian sub was on really good, thin bread. The sandwich was totally about what's inside. It was packed with meats. Really awesome.

Next time I'm in town, I'll for sure be back. Some reviews have complained about the price and orders being incorrect. Simply put, you get what you pay for. If you want to pay frozen pizza prices, you should buy a frozen pizza. As far as getting orders right, I placed two pick up orders both with at least four different items and there were no mistakes. I'm sure they make mistakes sometimes, everyone does, but they got mine...
