Arby's — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Just left Arby's less than an hour ago luckily in one piece and my children were in the vehicle with me. Please beware that the ICE in their driveway is VERY DANGEROUS I kept trying to Exit only to keep spinning and our vehicle went backwards and sideways luckily we were able to maneuver to the entrance and leave without an accident! I called and spoke to the very rude manager named Ling as I felt he should know about this situation so no one gets in an accident but he was not happy to hear from me about it he just blew it off and gave me the survey number 😠. I looked up the headquarters phone number and let them know about the dangerous ice situation,the rude manager,number to survey instead of getting the headquarters number as I never got a receipt either and by the way the chicken sliders are NOTHING like the sandwich so please save your time and money and go somewhere else that deserves your hard...

Okay I gave five Stars based on customer service his name is keonte I believe he's amazing my daughter and I order food we ordered the gyro Greek add roast beef what spicy seasoning and jalapeno sauce I get it all the time at other locations this was my first time visiting the food wasn't very good it was very light actually but customer service is the best he will do his best to serve you with kindness out-of-this-world I was very pleased especially based on lots of the restaurants I've gone to you can tell he doesn't let cranky people change his attitude and I told him that was the best experience because of the customer service keonte gave he did his best to please he went above and beyond I appreciate that a lot I want went away with a smile regardless of how skimpy my sandwich was lol 🤣 go check them out great guy... Can't judge all the food that's what I had. But the five stars go out...

Only reason I give 2 stars is because the ladies are 5 stars for being nice but the food is always cold and the Crinkle frys are under cooked and Luke warm at best but today I got the 2 for 7 Giro and it was cold and disgusting and as always the c.frys were cold and not only will I not order them again I will not go back to this location I feel like throwing up thinking about eating meat that wasn't brought upto temp but I called and they said bring your receipt ok but I don't think I can ever eat Giro anywhere disgusting is an understatement and I'm probably gonna sick Please train your people about food temperatures and its importance to the health of...
