We love Bravo Bakery. We love the Asian inspired flavors and whipped cream frosting with sponge cake. We even got my brother’s wedding cake done here because their cake is delicious. The owner was very sweet. She even agreed to come in on a Sunday when they are normally closed so that we could pick up the wedding cake. We’ve gotten several cakes over the years and are not disappointed. The only gripe I have is that sometimes the middle of their cakes are still frozen which make it unpleasant to eat unless it is fully thawed.

Ordered chocolate walnut, mango cake and two other flavors. Cake is taiwanese style, not too sweet. Product is alright, I will give 3 stars for their cake but the customer service doesn’t deserve any stars. We went in and an old lady was very impatient, ignored our questions of how to place orders since we are first time there. Since the cake isn’t that impressive and can be replaced anywhere, with this kind of customer service attitude. Definitely a no go back, no recommended to family and friends store.

So l first discovered this small little bakery/boba drink place over 10 yrs ago when I worked in the area and was introduced to their cream puffs Let me tell you that these are AMAZING!! Now I'm a big dessert snob and coming from a European nation I know my baked goods and Bravos Chioux pastry is spot on and the custard vanilla cream filling is to die for and best yet it's served ice cold so when it spills out it's perfect! Also they give u a lot of filing not like other places do. They are first come first served only Thurs- sat until sold out so you just take a chance. I haven't tried anything else here but I hear good things about their cakes and they look so beautiful that I need to order one for my next special occasion It's a small space they have a couple tables but it looks like the family is just sitting there or hanging out so l always order to go and cash is best as they charge a credit card fee Parking available on the street...

Delicious cakes, cream puffs, coffee and tea. While I have never ‘eaten in’, I like to grab some delicious fruit cake and take it to go. My partner and I frequently order from Bravo for cakes and treats for birthdays and special gatherings. These cakes have gone over SO well that one of my relatives joked and said he won’t be coming to his own birthday party this year if he doesn’t have one of these delicious cakes. He also said it’s the best he’s ever tasted; we all can’t agree more! I have had the kiwi cake and the tiramisu, but my personal favorite is their vanilla fruit cake— made from scratch and not overly fruity or sweet, it’s sure to be a match for everyone’s tastes. Fruit is always fresh and tasteful, never mushy or from a can. Cream puffs are an ultimate treat and I can’t recommend more, but call in advance to place an order — 48hrs recommended. Definitely a staple on Grand Ave and a treat for the St....

I've been a loyal customer for years and I generally come back monthly for their cakes. I always request no kiwi on cakes due to an allergy of a family member. To my surprise kiwi was there and the staff reluctantly removed it and were rude when I asked . I even pointed out on their invoice and email confirmation I had indicated "no kiwi ". I brushed that off. I just got off the phone from the owner who yelled at me for not picking up a cake to be picked up two days ago . I told her that I did not order a cake for today and i reminded her that on my end it is a cake for December not November. After yelling at me for not picking up she realizes she had made a mistake and asked me to pay for this mistake cake anyways. I declined and hung up. I don't understand why I have to pay for a mistake...
