Jamba — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I have no clue whats been going on with this location lately but this is the 2 time in 2weeks i have had issues with the quality of my smoothies and the professionalism of the employees. The fact that i called and asked for my drinks to be remade (because of the long wait/no ones likes a soggy smoothie.) and the “manger” say oh yeah ill remake them and put them in the freezer for you, fast forward i get my drinks and they are complete mush is crazy to me.They just tell you what you want t hear but dont do it. $25 for what. I have been a consistent customer and I have yet to Experience or go thru this anywhere but this location. To make matters worst I only stay 8 mins from this store. Manager was rude. Prices way too high. Attitude when u ask questions about the menu or want to substitute ingredients. I simply want the drink left a little thicker and they never understand. or want to give me a ingredient that wouldn't help. my idea is turned down and I have to tell them again yes that's what I want to do to achieve the thickness. Very few times I was offered the leftover stuff they throw away. When they do offer it, people are thrilled!! or offer to let you try the previous persons flavor before throwing so much away would be the best selling point on something you may not have tried. 8.29.25 Update*Delicious smoothies, and bowls and they also offer wheat grass shots and are adding great other items to the menu. My favorite is the peanut butter mood or greens and ginger. My daughters like the razz ma tazz. Everyone is ALWAYS so friendly with us that's why we go so much :) Mitchell is Amazing and ALWAYS so kind and thanks Helen as well.
