I had a very bad experience here and will not be going back. My friend and I went in for our first time last month. We both got dip powder manicures. Mine looked horrible the next day. The edges were uneven and they were not smooth. They looked like they were pressed against fabric before they dried, which of course did not happen. Unfortunately, I had to leave for an international trip the next day and did not have an opportunity to return to have them fixed before I left. TL/DR: They admitted the awful manicure was their fault, said they'd "fix" it, then charged me another $50 (only a $5 discount) for another dip manicure. We won't be returning. I did not do anything to my nails in the interim, as I wanted them to see what happened. When I went back about three weeks later, they did not apologize, and instead stated that I should have gone in the next day to get it fixed. When I explained that I had traveled out of the country for over two weeks, so I couldn't, they said they would "fix it" and "redo" my nails, which I accepted. They explained that it was probably the top coat that didn't have enough time to dry. The second manicure looked much better than the first. However, she only took FIVE dollars off for the awful manicure that they acknowledged they messed up. I felt scammed, given that they told me they would "fix it", I assumed I'd get an actual discount. Instead, I ended up paying another $50. I could've gone to one of the many other nail salons in the area to have it fixed and pay another $50. I'm not saying that I wanted a free manicure, but I expected some customer service and more of a discount than $5, especially given that they admitted it was their fault. It goes without saying that my friend and I will not be returning. We work in the area, and were looking for a regular place to go, so they lost out on a lot of business. Based on other reviews, customer service seems to be lacking here, so, unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I really dislike giving one star reviews to small businesses, but I feel that my experience may help others decide where to spend their hard earned money on a manicure.

Not super happy with my experience. Messiest set I’ve had in a while. I expressed concern with the issues while the tech was working on my nails so I wouldn’t be disappointed in how they turn out and she argued with me. I had black on my nails before, she did not remove all of it before filling my set, so you can see specks of black nail polish under my pink. My pinky nail is a whole mess, which I asked her to fix before she continued with me setting my nails under the light. The nail polish doesn’t completely cover my nails on the edges. Felt like she was rushing. When I asked her if she was rushing she she got defensive. I let her know I was not happy with my nails and she was clearly frustrated. But I needed my feet done too so I said let’s just get it done, I’ll pay and leave. Then the owner, loudly had a conversation with my in front of everyone at the shop (which was embarrassing) about me not being happy, and that I could wait an hour for her to do my pedicure. Which I politely declined as I had somewhere to be. I just wanted to finish up and pay. As I was leaving, the tech asked me to sit down again so she could fix my nails. She could have fixed them when I was asking her to while she was initially doing my nails. I won’t go here again. Sloppy job. AND when I got home I realized my toe nail edges were rough. Just how?!! Worst experience ever

My first time here and I left feeling disrespected and rushed. I walked in on a Thursday at 2pm and was immediately met with disdain as i didn’t have an appointment even though there were about 3 People getting their nails done and at least two workers not doing anything. They begrudgingly said sure they could do my nails . The entire pedicure the woman was passive aggressive, and didn’t even give me all the colors for gel, she first lied and said she did then she went and brought me the full set of color options. Some people came after me (they were late to their appointments) and were met with smiles and offered water, which i never was offered. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a woman of color but whatever it was, i didn’t even move forward with getting my manicure because i felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’ll be taking my...
