Skinner’s — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I been a loyal customer for over 10+ years. Skinners always has delicious food and friendly service. Me and my husband made the mistake of coming in on a hockey night,which is busy. There was only a table in the middle of a crowd to be seated so we passed. There was opening at a booth in the bar area. We asked if we could sit there,and told us its only going to be seated for 4+ customers so we ordered my personal pizza and waited outside. I came in after waiting for about 15 mins. Not only was my pizza topping wrong because I asked for the pepperoni on top. The seat in the bar was being occupied by just two people when we were refused service to be seated because there was only two of us. I confronted the waitress,and she said it’s first come first serve, and didn’t even let me speak before walking away rudely. This is the first time I have had a terrible experience after all these years. What a shame. Sad that you’re turning down...

For value, food quality and friendliness, Skinner’s is your neighborhood go to bar. Their pizza is delicious, Ruben sandwich, BLT are all good to try. My personal favorite is the chicken box. A basket of four pieces of fried chicken. Top it with Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. The crunch and flavor, yum…did I mention the price is right? Wednesday night’s steak dinner is great value and quality if you want a satisfying meal on a dime. The wait staff are amazing. They know my name and my regular order. I walk in and wonderful waitresses Robin, Roni, April, Britany (and sorry I forget a few other names) ask “Usual?” and I said “Yep”. i made an order not too long ago this was my first experience a friend told me to try this place i ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries for delivery i requested that my burger be well done i received my order two hours later and also my burger was not well done i called the business back and spoke with a lady named amanda i wanted a full refund due to the fact my burger was not done how i requested and the time frame that my food was delivered was not acceptable, she became rude and told me that i wont be able to make future orders, i also wanted the owners contact info but was denied and told i would be contacted by the which never happened i have sent an email and still have not been contacted all i wanted was a refund and free choice to decide for myself if i wanted to make a future order owner if you see this please contact...
