After a long hard day of gardening in the cold, I did not have the energy to cook. I remembered that 1Tou3 was open until 3am (thank goodness) so we placed a pick up order for 2 regular pho and chicken wings.
Pho - Regular size was a good portion. You can't tell in the take out containers but once you put it into a bowl, it looks like a good amount. Broth had an odd taste but wasn't so bad that you can't eat it. It's a more mild flavor so I added more flavoring at home. What really disappointed me was the old stale meat and two tiny pieces of tendon. They were thinly sliced the size of two nickels. The sauce that was given was also not enough and the tiny piece (not slice) lemon.
Chicken Wings - freshly cooked. Tasted great!
When you walk in, no one is in sight. It looks like you would have to scan a QR code - it was weird but for us, luckily a worker came out from the kitchen to help. To the owners, I think you guys have a great concept going here by opening until 3am. Something like this is very much needed but please don't be like other establishments and skimp out on your customer's orders. Keep ingredients fresh and give us the appropriate portions...
Read moreI thought the food tasted like home. Their pho didn’t taste like other restaurants their pho. Other restaurants their pho that I have tried tend to have a sweet flavor to it but their pho didn’t have that. That is why I say it tastes like home/homemade pho. We also ordered their fried rice with 4 piece chicken wings with Hmong pepper sauce on the side and I thought it tasted good. More flavor compared to their pho. Their pepper wasn’t very spicy. It was more on the sour end but I liked it. Overall, their food tasted like home/homemade. There wasn’t a lot of people there too so it was pretty calm and relaxing. All our orders are through online too. They have a QR code specifically for takeout orders and a QR code for dine in. They’re also on DoorDash as well I believe, so if you are very antisocial then this place might be nice to go. The place is also very small but it’s a good start for a new restaurant. Service was also good and I like the hours for...
Read moreLol DONT waste your time here. We ordered TWO LARGE pho bowls and let's say why are you paying $14.00 for a bowl that is like a size SMALL everywhere else? It wasnt even a large they were both small. Also whats up with the broth? The broth they "created" was simply those noodle packet base you buy from the store, hence why it was super dark brown liquid instead of clear like most places. And the condiments, the chili oil was basically watered down, and the limes were old couldnt even squeeze juice from them. Not worth the money or time. Also it was very very weird that in such a small place its superrrr quiet and it seems the employees just watch through the cameras for any action, kinda lazy kinda not i get it's a small space but really? Dont waste yalls money, consider...
