Worst experience, worst customer service and worst attitudes. We placed an order on line a couple minutes after 8pm, arriving 20 minutes later to pick up. When I walked in, gave them my name I was told that they cancelled my order because they were closed. No email, no text no phone call, their doors were open. When I asked about my payment I was told it would be 2-3 days to be refunded and they were not making my food.
I checked the website and PapaJohn’s ap both saying they were open and taking orders. No sign on the door saying they were closed or have “restricted hours” as I was told. There was no solution or apology given by the manager and I was mocked by 2 employees regarding my frustration. To them it’s just pizza, to me it is driving around chasing dinner, paying $93 for take-out pizza for my family after a 13 hour work day.
I called to place an order over the phone, a very nice woman told me that both stores in my zip code area showed that they were open and orders could be picked up. After explaining the situation she was able to place my order with the other store. She wasn’t sure how or why the situation happened like it did with this store, but apologized. The Jungermann store was extremely professional & accommodating as always!!!

Read moreRegarding the Jungermann location. I love Papa Johns recipe, but unfortunately poor employees and rude managers can ruin your pizza. I was ordering 2-3 pizza's a week in march 2025 and noticed the quality was going down hill fast. It seemed like they just didn't care (not surprised), but i was spending 150$ a week including tips to this location, so to my surprise when i finally called the manager to complain, because the last pizza i ordered wasn't prepared with the right toppings the manager was really rude and hung up the phone.
I usually try to give people a pass on the way they carry themselves, but the drivers at this location are really dirty. This last driver was late on my delivery, so i was watching when he pulled up. When this driver opened his door to his car all kinds of trash poured out of his vehicle on to the street (boxes, cups, Kleenex paper, all kind of stuff). Yuk! he was a slob.
I switched to Stephania's Pizza. The employees are really clean and the Pizza is top quality. Unfortunately the Jungermann Papa Johns location employ people that have no dignity for themselves (you can tell when someone doesn't shower) and obviously could care less about...
Read moreThis experience was beyond terrible. I spent over an hour dealing with the employees at this location. I ordered online for that night but it switched the order to the morning. I called in to explain and the guy said he can't deal with this do to some personal crisis. I say fine and ask for a refund. He informs me he isn't refunding anything and is doing his best not to "lose it on me." Had to drive to location to get refund and was treated just as poorly. The "manager" here made it clear they are all victims. People victimize them by trying to order pizza and they cant take it anymore. The person who had his money taken for pizza they were never going to try and make, he is the aggressor for requesting a refund. I know people are stressed lately. However, this is beyond that.
