Paula. I do not care for Paula, and I am certain this is not the first time I've lodged a complaint on her watch. She is terribly rude. During my pick-up, there was a miscommunication with the woman running the register, and she'd charged me for a 20oz drink, though I asked for it in a 2-liter (which wasn't available)--easy mistake, easy to reverse. I asked the cashier for a reversal of charge since I needed more than a small bottle of soda for a room of kids. She went about 10 feet away from me to the kitchen where I watched/listened to her explain the issue to Paula. Paula received this information with clear incredulity and annoyance, and turned to face my direction (from the pizza oven), to yell to me that it would be a 20-30 minute wait for her to walk around and process a refund. And that was it. Too bad, so sad, but if you want a refund for your soda, you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes. No apology, nor did she look like she even wanted to come up to help. The poor cashier was afraid to say Paula's name too loudly and reverted to spelling it while I wrote it on the pizza box.

Read moreOrdered through the app. Picked up my pizza, and when I got home I realized my pepperoni pizza did not have any pepperonis on it. Called the store and spoke to the manager. She said it’s a problem with the app dropping off toppings and there’s nothing they can do about it. She wouldn’t remake pizza or offer an alternative. I asked if there’s anything they can do because I order here often, and she strait up hung up on me. Thinking we may have been accidentally disconnected, I called back. Instantly hung up on.
So I called another store. They confirmed the app does drop toppings. They also confirmed that they are directed to make it right for the customer, and even though I did not order from their store, they gave me a credit for my pizza.
In short, do not patron this store on pizza row while manager “L”...
Read moreI ordered a pizza by phone. A hour and 13 minutes later I called to check on the status. I spoke with a cashier that told me the person who took my order forgot to tell me the card didn't go through. I asked why didn't she call back or confirm the card numbers and was told that she forgot the number.....😒I asked to speak with a manager who Informed me that it was no order placed I agreed and informed her that's why a call. I reminded her I order pizza once a week for my family and they've always called back if they are running late or anything else. She spoke over me and asked what did I want to order. They've lost a valuable customer. I will no longer order from your store. I'll chose Dominos instead!!! Very bad management and poor quality of talking...
