Nerissa The General Manager is seriously the jack of all trades , upon walking in I was greated by her and another bright eyed beauty that seated me, a handsome man with tattoos and hair to die for was my server ,he was so thorough with the menu and prompt with service i was so taken away by the pot roast that I just engulfed that i had to give compliments to the chef another manager named kevin as well as a man named david were the ones responsible for the best meal I had eaten In a while ,mr Keith then even got me for a Holy Cow dessert where yet another manager Kelli made an even presented it to me ,it was amazing the restrooms were clean everyone seemed to be in a good mood , vibes were seriously unmatched until I got the bill,I noticed that there was in fact no way that I got a fork tender pot roast ,dinner rolls and a sweet treat for under twenty dollars ,truly unreal to be honest so I cashed out with guess who ? That's right management,a beautiful young lady named Christine who asked how everything was and I gave her the rundown of how impressed I was by the smoothness of the establishment to where I then found salt n pepper shakers, a T-shirt and a whole loaf of banana nut bread for less than another twenty , those that follow me know how I am when it comes to dining out, if you dine here u will be satisfied, I was still in shock honestly but everything that occured ,I actually witnessed the general manager Nerissa do it all in the brief 45 minute period I was there ,she hosted ,served ,cooked and made sure her team was up to par and I will be back in fact I have made it a regular trip twice a week just because i love the food, service, atmosphere and most importantly the management of this establishment. I get the bowl sized sausage gravy and biscuits and a side of bacon and my son gets the rise and shine which is eggs, toast, hash browns, and bacon. Best sausage gravy on the planet and my son says the bacon is the best on the planet (and it is-DURING BREAKFAST TIME. If you come here in the evening it's a different story when the manager, Christine, isn't there. My biscuits were a shell of what they were when they were freshly made. Plus I was brought a cup instead of a bowl and it took her 7 minutes to bring me the bowl which was not even hot. My son also only got 1 peice of toast and when I complained she said the toaster was broken... I demanded another peice of toast and I only got 1 peice of bacon for $4 as well...! We go there all the time in the morning and know what we are supposed to get... so I had to demand more bacon and be that jerk... This was a supposed to be a special treat for me and my son and it was not. Plus during my conversations with my son the server kept interfering in our private conversations from across the room! I told her it was clear Christine wasn't there and whoever is running the show at 5 pm needs replaced. It was disgraceful and I know Christine would be mortified if she saw what goes on there in the evenings. I also heard the chef complaining that I asked for the full order of bacon I ordered smh.......
Read moreI ordered the dinner for 2 for curbside pickup because we are sick and needed dinner. I paid ahead AND put a tip on there because it was supposed to be curbside. My husband drove to pick it up but is also sick. Hence CURBSIDE. He gets tbere and calls as instructed. He tells the person he's in the spot yo get his CURBSIDE food. They then say, "It's ready but you have to come in to get it." So what's point of ordering curbside again?? He goes in and no one will wait on him. After 5 minutes or so some one asks if he's been helped. He said no. Then they proceed to ignore him more. Then finally another person who was standing there doing something with silverware waits on him and he gets the food. He gets home And the soup I ordered was not included in the bag.We paid for that and didn't receive it. I ordered pot roast and it was disgusting. It was cold And all fat , the carrots were not cooked. I bit into my mashed potatos And there was something hard in them that I had to spit out. So My dinner consisted of two rolls in a couple bites of potatoes. I threw away the pot roast. Not edible. Husband's food was okay. So we tipped for curbside that you refused to provide, you mess up the order AND half of it was not edible. On top of that he said their roof was caving in and there were ceiling tiles laying everywhere. We got ripped off here. NEVER again. TAKE DOWN THE CURBSIDE OPTION SINCE YOU...
